    **PINE NUTS ARE ACTUALLY SEEDS**
    (Please check with an allergy professional before consuming them if you suffer from other food allergies)
    15:42 I rushed to get this video out before Christmas and was working on the voice over until 4am. It's no excuse for making such an important mistake when it comes to allergy foods. I apologise.

    • @TanyaBucci
      @TanyaBucci 3 года назад +8

      "Pine nut allergies are much like other tree nut allergies in that they can cause anaphylactic reactions. Symptoms may vary from mild to severe and include: Tightness in the chest and difficulty breathing. Swelling of the tongue, throat, nose and lips." Most nuts are seeds, but not all seeds are nuts! An acorn is a nut and is a seed of a oak tree. Pine nuts are the seeds of pine trees. Almonds are the seeds of the almond tree. Brazil nuts are the seeds of the Brazil nut tree.

      your illness is not from virions but from radiation.
      specifically cosmic radiation(muons).
      muons destroy ultradian rhythms( melatonin and vit D release).
      muons destroy immune systems.
      muons induce heart attacks.
      muons induce lung scaring.
      muons ignite volcanoes( volcanic winter).
      muons cause anxieties and neural deficits (delerium/psychosis/seizures).
      muons induce terra forming via biblical flooding(umbrella effect).
      the muon data can be found at the ground based moscow neutron monitor.
      we have been megadosed with muons since october 2019.
      the source of the muons is the may 1, 2019 micronova level event @ Proxima Centauri
      muons are high energy particles which travel just under the speed of light. they move so fast, it takes more than one planet to stop them.
      the thermal expansion of magma within the center of the planet, caused by this muon storm is more concerning than zinc consumption( volcanic ice age/ acidic earth age).
      in summation: the distance the radiants traveled in light years from the source, less the light aspect; is how long we can expect this muon storm to continue.. another two years.
      good luck surviving now you are aware of whats still to come

      I too have a compromised immune system due to cirrhosis. I make a strict practice of consuming at least One fresh lemon everyday. I peel it and blend it with my green tea with Shisandra tea and burdock tea combined, all tea is homemade. Add berries and just a half banana to combat the sour. I try to keep sugar low as this is my first food of the day. Breaking my overnight fast, usually try to wait to eat at least 12 hours after my last meal. Preferably longer.

    • @mjs28s
      @mjs28s 3 года назад +13

      Don't forget to get plenty of ionophores in your diet as well. Zinc is an ion when in the body and does not like to get into the cells where it does its work. An ionophore helps to donate what zinc needs to no longer be an ion and then get into the cells (not going into the chemistry here).
      If you eat a high variety of whole plant foods you should be ok. Or, if you are unsure then add a couple cups of green tea to your diet per day as the ECGC in tea acts as an ionophore. But if you decide to eat like the typical American, which means low on whole plant foods, drink your tea a couple times per day (green tea) and supplement with quercetin. Get it in bulk from Amazon and it will cost around $30 for 8 months to a year supply depending on how much you take. I just use a 1/4 teaspoon per day as insurance since I already drink tea and eat a very high whole food plant diet.
      Good luck and I hope your immune systems gets stronger!

I’m not being picky, it’s just that our son has a severe nut allergy, and this is an ingredient we have been told we can use, and are very grateful for. I just thought I’d call it out to avoid confusion. If you have a nut allergy do ask your consultant first though. Thanks again 👍

      Almonds are seeds as well. "Nuts are actually the seeds of plants. Most are the seeds of trees; peanuts, however, are the seeds of a legume. Many, including walnuts and cashews, grow inside leathery fruits, with the nut corresponding to the peach pit (also a seed) within a peach."

    I am eating most of these foods on a regular basis, having been whole-food plant-based for over two years now. I had breast cancer this summer and am on oestrogen-blocking medication for the next five years. As soon as I started it I got hot flushes again - something I thought I’d seen the end of years ago with the menopause! I immediately upped my intake of soya and they have gone away. I cook organic non-GMO soya beans and eat a tablespoon with most meals, and eat a few cubes of spicy-marinated tofu with each meal. I also eat soya yoghurt and drink soya milk. I have heard that in Japanese there is no word for “hot flush” because Japanese women don’t get them, with their soya-rich diet. I eat lots of seeds and a small quantity of nuts every day, and plenty of green veggies and beans of all sorts. Some of the foods you’ve mentioned I’m not familiar with so must try them - e.g. buckwheat. There is nothing like a whole-food plant-based diet for health, and it’s also really delicious and versatile. Thanks for sharing a really informative video and I love your enthusiasm!

      @@reynatorres2242 I may have had cancer growing in my body for many years before it reached clinical level. I only started eating properly a couple of years ago. I had already had colon cancer back in 2015, following ulcerative colitis all my adult life. If I had known what I know now, maybe things would have been different. However, I may have been more severely affected with breast cancer had I not changed my lifestyle when I did. It is impossible to say, of course. The main thing is that I am now doing the right thing, and feeling a lot better for it. Cancer is a lottery and nobody knows who it will strike, and when, but certain lifestyle choices make it more likely, such as bad diet, especially from an early age. There are many other factors involved as well - pollutants in the environment, genetic predispositions, etc etc.
      I am on medication on the advice of my oncologist. The type of breast cancer I had is the kind that feeds on oestrogen, and I am taking this oestrogen-blocking medication as an adjuvant therapy, along with the post-operative radiotherapy I had, to help prevent a recurrence in the future.
      I think your question is rather simplistic.

    Hello from our farm in New England- Sorry you were ill. We have been sheltering in place for two years now. Good that you are feeling better! Almonds, hazelnuts, pecans and walnuts are popular here. I like mung bean sprouts. Thanks for reminding us of these great foods. Adore Swiss Chard! Will be sure to grow more this spring. What about Malabar? That is easier to grow for me than spinach. Chick peas and lentils are winners. Be well and Merry Christmas! ~ Diane

    One of the best combinations to boost immune system is having enough vitamin A and zinc. They work synergistically together and are vital for immune function. Vitamin A is required by stem cells to be able to differentiate into white blood cells your immune cells and red blood cells. Zinc is needed for the body to gain access to stored vitamin A from your liver. So if you really want to reap the benefits having both these nutrients is vital.

When I was in the hospital they gave me a ton of vitamins , Vitamin D, C, zinc and I was low in potassium , and they gave me a sh!t load of steroids and oxygen! The best way to introduce mung beans into your diet is sprouts. You can bake them into bread, as well as toss some into salads, soups (at the last minute, you'll lose a lot of nutrition if you cook them too much). Sprouted mung beans are pretty commonly used in sandwiches, they have a nice crunch.
