this is a really cool feature and makes complicated motion graphics compositions much easier than before. Now, for those who complain about Fusion is not as intuitive as AE regarding mograph, this is the way how to do it
Hi Casey: To link the X and Y size (or any other parameters) Right click on the label of the field that you want linked to another field and select "Expression" from the pop up menu. Then in the edit box for that field there will be a little + at the left side of it. Click that plus and drag to the label of the field you want this field linked to. Now when you change the linked to field, this field will change.
I am a huge huge fan of ur classes... My request is pls make a class about only fairlight... Many youtuber and also u make videos on video editing but no one make fairlight complete course ... Pls make this... Love from india.🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳

How do I add a border to a shape that is different in colour or opacity? I could duplicate the shape node and merge them back together but then I would have two shape nodes ... is there some way I can feed a different colour into an outline node that I feed with the same shape and then merge those back together? That way I wouldn't have to do changes on two shape nodes if I want to adjust the shape ...
How do you set the time duration? for example in your star ad with the star outline its 120 frames. also, how do you continue the rotation of the stars after they have formed for an extended period without repeating the draw on effect of the outlines.
You need shapes for motion graphics/graphic design. You need those for intros, bumpers, graphics in your video, diagrams, build lower thirds, titles,....

Man I wish someone would explain all the Krokodove tools in Reactor like this. Its a massive tool set with more than 100 nodes for 2D and 3D but I barely can use 2 of them becose i can't understand their workflow.

Nice those shapes. But can you give some realistic examples where shapes can be useful? Or only for making a nice intro and a cartoonish video?
You need shapes for motion graphics/graphic design. You need those for intros, bumpers, graphics in your video, diagrams, build lower thirds, titles,....
With the help of an expression you can connect width and height together. So that you can resize the shape with one slider . 😉
