I put a new light kit on my 2003 gas Club Car DS today and all on the lights work, break lights, emergency Flashers, turn signals, head lights, and horn all works. I have one red wire coming off the keyed ignition switch that doesn't go anywhere and the cart doesn't run. No solenoid click, doesn't turn over. Was running before I started. Any ideas ???? Anyone ???
You'll have to start with the basics by checking to see if you have 12v at the solenoid and the back of the key switch. Feel free to give us a call for troubleshooting. 276.632.8905

Unhooked ground at limit switch...started up...but then went dead again I'm getting intermittent spark
Could be the coil at that point? or the micro switch?
