My 295 doesn't have a flywheel. Do 2007 engines not have them? I don't knowt he exact year of the cart.

Any idea why a fe350 blows the dipstick out? Not all the time though.

Could you help me? My 98 club car had the pushrod pop off the rocker arm. Does it have lifters? What would cause this because it won’t tighten up and is like 1/4 inch too “short”

So mine no buzz no movement and solenoid and switch new sometime it works all week and on another week it works fine today it is 90 degrees and it’s not moving and only get one buzz in referees .

Just so all yall know I was in the cart on the passenger side testing this cart. But yes put your cart on jack stands.

Hi There. I Am from Casselman, Ontario, Canada. On My EZGO RXV, a 48 Volt System the brakes just Locked Up after rolling about 150 feet and would not Move. I would put the Cart in Reverse, and it would only move back about a Foot and Lock up Again. I would switch to Forward, and it Locked Up Again. Then I put the cart into Tow Mode and was able to push it. I performed a full diagnostic and found what caused the problem. Lots of People were saying the Controller was the problem and it was not. The problem was two Batteries, the Voltage was too Low on One and the Other had shorted out inside. I Replaced all 4 Batteries with new ones. My Controller and My Electric Brake System are Working Fine Now. The Batteries were the only thing causing My Problem.

2007 to 2013 is not the MCI engine. That would be the Kawasaki . They came out in 2008. 2004-2008 is your MCI motor just to clear things up.

Any way you can send me that wiring for all 4 lugs on the forward reverse switch?

I think some of the older stuff is more reliable

I have a 2014 RXV. I bought 4 new 12v Trojan batteries. They went completely dead. I charged them and they show full charged but the golf cart has not run since then. I have replaced the curtis controller with a navitas but still can't get power to the navitas to set it up. I have also replace the solenoid. Still nothing.

when you test the M- you said it can be at zero but then when you press the pedal to the floor board then the meter should read pack voltage. well, if i’m doing this correctly it is not reading anything. what does that mean. you did this at like min 7 in the video

Hello, in my case the solenoid left and right legs continuously has a power even a ignition off or on , and when i step on throttle, I can hear the solenoid is clicks but no movement i have 1997 yamaha G16E

Mine is charged on solar from 40A Solar Charge Controller. More precise charging algorithms and tail current control than LF/HF wall chargers. Really makes the lead acid happy and the cart more snappy.

Well my batteries are new lead acid Trojans and the charge indicator says they are charged , I had a weak buzzer in the past and had no click so did the solenoid and that didn’t work no buzzer again and so did the switch and nothing then all of a sudden it started to work 2015 Rxv , now I have no movement r or f and buzzer and gauge works ?

Can I buy all the old equipment?

There are no brake drums in an RXV. the hub/bearing spline is stripped. EZ fix!

Unhooked ground at limit switch...started up...but then went dead again I'm getting intermittent spark

I don't understand the throttle on these things. I can press the gas pedal just enough for the starter/generator to kick in and it will slowly rev all the way to full throttle. Considering replacing the whole drivetrain with something more suitable because it has almost no low-end power.
