15 min RELAXING YOGA STRETCH - Day 13 | Beginner Yoga Challenge | Yoga with Uliana

  • Welcome to Day 13 of 21 Day BEGINNER YOGA CHALLENGE.
    This is a slow and relaxing 15 minute Yoga Stretch. We will stay in each pose a bit longer than usual (but not as long as in Yin or Restorative Yoga).
    Notice how this practice feels on your body and mind. Sometimes slower yoga classes are actually harder to practice - the mind starts to wander, you feel bored like you are just laying down there doing nothing :D
    If you find it hard to still your mind, let go and just relax, I highly recommend trying Yin Yoga - this style focuses on passive poses that are usually held for 2-5 minutes. These long holds are great for increasing flexibility and relaxing the body but also teach you to be mindful.
    Optional yoga props: a yoga block or cushion for Child's pose.
