    I absolutely love these sessions. 7 days done and I'm already feeling like it's having an impact. The 15 mins is perfect for me. I love Uliana. Lovely voice and very clear instructions. I really look forward to the next session when I get to the end of the current one. For me these are the best yoga sessions online. I'm planning on going these until the end of December then hopefully there'll be January challenge to do. Vielen Dank Uliana. Xxx

    When working on camel, if you can't reach both hands to the heels, can you do one hand at a time? Or is better to keep hands in the "pocket"?

      You can do one hand at a time - this pose is called Half Camel - just make sure to do the other side as well :)

    Before starting this challenge I did some poses record a video then took screenshots of the poses I deleted the video but kept the screenshots anyways one of the poses that I did before starting this challenge was the camel pose (beginner version) pre challenge when I looked back while in the camel pose I got lightheaded today however I was able to lend my head back in the camel pose (beginner version) and I did not get lightheaded this time. Also I’m officially 1/3 done with this challenge
