there is known issue with the radiomaster TXRX reconnecting as the same with some spektrum. RXs, if you need a good tune please reach out. I’ve done some good tuning for the HH 1800 snub
Also you have it set for forward/reverse and brake… you only need forward/ reverse and then set your brake. I’ve been selling a ton of these both 50a and mini 25a with excellent feedback.

I don't see how youtube could be a financial loss for holmes. Like this video in particular, he's just fixing a rig he'd fix just the same off camera. He probably has a guy who films and edits but other than that what's the cost?
@@rc-dailyprobably paying for premium and the expense for the cam and mic equipment (he made this recording studio corner too and those panels are pricey). But the marketing cost of this vs other means has got to pay off a lot better.
@The_RC_Guru don't hold me to this but I THINK I seen something that said he has around 9 million views. Idk what each view pays but I'd say it's got to be at least a penny or 2. At 2 pennies per view that's what 180k? That's not even factoring in the money made from people buying his products. If had had any affiliate links that could help too. I know id be over the Moon with an extra 180k (if it's that) in the bank over the past however many years.

That ESC is acting like it has a lingering charge on it. When you left it unplugged longer, you got your correct tone. Just an observation/idea. I have no thoughts why it is stuck in double tap reverse.

The "forward/brake/reverse" throttle mode is RC car mode, i.e. double tap reverse. What you need is "forward/reverse".
That Radiomaster ELRS receiver has a glitch on startup (some sporadic pulses and then a pause longer than 100ms) that essentially starts the watchdog timeout that leads to a reset. After a reset, there's no startup music obviously, otherwise you would get it on each signal loss. Technically, it's the RX's misbehaviour. I'll come up with a workaround in the next patch when I get my hands on that RX. Not a biggy...

Must have some caps on the board that stores enough energy that when you unplug and plug it back in not enough time passed to discharge it? I dunno. Try another one and see if it has the same problems??

I’ve had a spare new in package shv500 awaiting the right project. Yesterday I went to install it and it does nothing not even an electronic buzz or twitch. I verified power (3s) to it and that my ch1 worked with another servo. Are there some receivers I need to take the ground wire off of or? Thanks. Edit- it’s a v3.

The esc is not compatible with your radio. Try it with another, but cheap like a Traxxas or a Flysky or Dumbo Rc radio. Those Chinese knock off their own products. You see what stolen IP gets the consumer as a product. I have personally gone back to Castle Creations for my esc. I use your Puller Pro 2200 on my TRX4 Defender with a belt drive for the spur and pinion. That eliminated the MOST annoying whine from my drive train. I used to use marine grease for my gears, but have switched to Sta-lube CV grease that really quieted the gears. The Castle whine is not as loud as a outrunner and for me is just loud enough to hear it under load giving me a audio feedback I never got with my now dead FuriTek Python X. RC pinion and spur gears are the major source of noise. Otherwise I prefer real magnetic electronic driving of the motor. I can see the Stepper Motor function Am32 has brought to surface rc. Fine for a Heli but that transition between driving modes annoys me. The quality of China electronics coming out now are worse than before. Since the start of the Trade War more and more fakes of the IC's and power transistors are being sold into the Chinese own supply chains as cost reductions since the Chinese economy is tanking for reasons we all know. You REALLY have to look at the labeling on the chips to check and see if it's a fake or a used chip pulled from something else. Just Google "Fake Chips" in China you will see the reporting of the trend that nobody paid attention too. IMO you might be better off just taking the pcb boards or just the layout and source the chips and board from Japan and Singapore and assemble them yourself or in Taiwan. Yeah more expensive but 100X more reliable in function. Worth the price in many people's books.
well...I dont want to rain on your parade but did you ever heard a AM32 ESC went up in flames ??? For castle cremation ESCs there are dozent examples . 😎
@@themountain59 Yeah I've crossed wires in the past and blown up a MambaX. Big pop. Never had any issues while running. But the Furitek just stopped driving no light on the led, but the radio did get power.
