For the next time i would love a "What if Sora was the one taken by Darkness and Riku keeped his Keyblade"
Would Sora make some bad things for the sake of save Kairi? Riku would obtain a Nobody?
I don't think Xion would be destoryed as she could still be a Roxas replacement. And she could be useful because of Kairi, and Xion could still have an affect on sora.
It’s true she could still be a replacement for Roxas, and, if she happened to come into contact with Sora, she could drain his power. However, as we saw in Days, Xion can actually lose the ability to use the Keyblade because the power she drains can be taken back by Roxas and, presumably, Sora, as well. Then, there’s also a chance that Xion getting near Sora will cause her to pass out, from absorbing too many memories, at once. It would be risky. They could have her collect hearts covertly, but, even then, it would only be a matter of time before she bumps into Sora. I respect your opinion, of course. Thank you for watching and subscribing. I can’t 😂 There would be nowhere for her to go if she ran away from the Organization, during that time. Luckily, she got a happy ending at the end of KH3.
Here's an idea of what if, What if Roxas retained the memories and personality of Sora fully at his birth, thus What if Sora had Amnesia after being restored as a Heartless by Kairi?
There's a fanfic called Misplaced Memories about this very idea, but sadly it's discontinued as it was getting good

Late, but speaking of Xehanort making Roxas into a vessel wouldn't this result in Sora and Roxas reuniting as one if during the battle Sora and Roxas realized who eachother were, I feel they would accept eachother and reunite if they confronted eachother.
I haven't and won't dive deep into it but I have thought about this before.
For Roxas to have his memories as Sora should mean that Sora was never brought back to the light by Kairi. Axel in Days says that what makes each member of the Orginazation unique is that, even though they may not have hearts, they remember what it's like.
Sora got his body along with his memories back, which caused Roxas to act like a zombie.
Interesting though. I guess it would also be different if Roxas kept the memories and Sora having amnesia after being brought back. Like maybe if it took longer for Kairi to bring him back causing Roxas to obtain his memories first?

Kairi taking longer to restore Sora was the idea because of that it took time for Sora to fully forget who he was allowing Roxas to have Sora's personality and Sora being a blank slate by the time Kairi restored him. Hell in fanfic because of that Roxas' interactions with Axel atleast was fun to read as Sora's still in there making it easier for Roxas and Axel to get along and form a brotherhood with eachother.
In fact Sors's amnesia in the fic was gonna be very important for Chain of Memories hell if this is how it happened in canon Chain of Memories would be a more interesting story as Sora would be interested in remember who he and his friends are making it very easy for Naminé to switch up Sora's memories.

Plus Roxas[Sora] would have more motivation to regain his heart back only to find out by the time Xion permanently leaves the Organization that his heart still exists, but not as a Heartless anymore thus he leaves too to find his heart and reunite with it, though I personally would've added with Roxas questioning if he's the real Sora if Xion is meant to be a replica of him to the point he starts questioning is he truly a Nobody or a clone of the original Sora, so Spider-Man Clone Saga elements, him growing a heart plays a factor as well here until he learns the truth in II and has reassurance he's the real Sora

I would imagine Kairi’s bond with Sora would be strong enough to spark the memories that Sora chose to forget. And the thing is, unless I’m mistaken, I think Sora remembered Kairi prior to Namine giving him the choice, especially since she explained what she was doing. Combine this with the fact that Riku would take Sora home first before going out to fight Heartless, because Riku would figure they deserve a break before their next big battle, and Kairi and Sora would reconnect, sparking the memories of at least Kairi to reawaken.
And to be clear, it’s primarily Kairi, not necessarily anyone else remembering Sora. Kairi remembered Sora after connecting with Roxas once, and Kairi knew Sora was missing, even though she couldn’t remember his name. So, just meeting again, and spending time together would allow their memories of each other to awaken. This would not only reignite their bond, but strengthen it further. Almost to the point of Sora recognizing his love for Kairi and becoming a True Hero much earlier.

Another good one. I'm pretty sure Roxas wouldn't be destroyed since Xemnas was tasked with gathering vessels for Xehanort to put his heart into. He tricked the original Organization XIII by saying they were using Kingdom Hearts to make them whole. The other part is, Sora never remerged with Roxas so Sora doesn't have a body. In KH1, during the part where Sora is a heartless, Sora turns back because of Kairi's princess magic but he is basically a floating heart with a magical appearance of his body. His physical body (Roxas) would still be out there unless he was destroyed which would result in Sora being recompleted. Would also probably add finding Aqua into after the Xemnas fight. I feel like that would be something that could help lead into the Mark of Mastery once they escape the Realm of Darkness. Otherwise, I agree with the flow of events. You do good work. Keep it up! Looking forward to whatever comes next.
Thanks for checking out my channel! My next vid will be explaining how memories work in KH. I’m currently in the research phase, but I think it’ll do really well when I finally release it. After that, I plan on doing either a Final Fantasy 15 or Final Fantasy 7 vid. It’ll likely be 15, though. Of course, I’ll be continuously putting out KH content, too.
Considering how little the Top Org members know about memory (as opposed to the Oblivion team, who are... well... oblivion by this point) I could see Xemnas choosing to put Roxas and Xion in stasis. He might assume that freeing those captive memories would make Sora more dangerous, as an 'incomplete Keyblader' is easier to manipulate. This might just drive Sora to throw hands, if he ever learned of that. Just a strange idea.
Well, the top Organization members knew a fair amount about memories, considering Xemnas was the one breaking down how Sora’s memories were affecting Xion, and it’s narratively implied that Roxas being destroyed would either damage Sora’s memories or leave them in limbo, which is why Riku had to stop him from attacking Organization 13. Also, Xemnas was willing to destroy Roxas at the beginning of KH2, which he sent Axel to do. So, it would be a bit strange for him to put them in stasis, I think.
I have ideas for what ifs, and they're rather bbs related :
What if Terra never decided to keep attacking Xehanort in the Keyblade Graveyard and instead dove to protect Aqua and Ven?
What if Terra just kept avoiding Xehanort's heart when he threw it at him?
What if Aqua didn't sacrifice herself and instead let Terranort end up in the Realm of Darkness?
So basically if neither of them were stupid, gotcha. (I'm kidding don't kill me XD)
Maybe sora could do the rewriting fate part at the keyblade graveyard in kh3 with riku
Well, you would have to assume that Riku survived the initial fight, which in the canon events, he didn’t. Also, Kairi would still need to prevent Sora’s death.
Off topic but let’s be honest. Riku is a much better love interest for sora then kairi. They have a lot more history. they’ve survived all kinds of things together, they’ve made life or death sacrifices for each other, and they are part of each other’s driving force. All kairi does is get kidnapped and give sora the occasional plot device
Well, as far as who’s a better love interest for Sora, I won’t argue lol. But Kairi, in my opinion, does share a stronger bond with Sora than Riku does. This has been shown consistently since KH1. Their bond turned Sora from a Heartless, back into a human. Their bond was essential in the Door to Light opening for Sora and Riku in KH2. And their bond prevented Sora’s death in KH3. The issue is that Sora and Kairi barely have any screen time together, on top of the fact that Kairi doesn’t have a lot of screen time in general. I do think that will change in upcoming games though.

I love thinking about these "what if." Sometimes. Like with everything, the tiniest smallest little change could have made the series so so much different than how it is now AFTER 20YEARS! *20YEARS!*
Im in joy of how the series is currently, I wouldn't dare change a single thing if I had the power to do so. It's just crazy to think how one choice could have changed everything. You can relate it to Sora changing a fate that was prophesied for years. With Kairi's help of course, Sora took "the light will expire, and darkness prevail." And gave 7 giant middle fingers and said "nah nah, that's not how this story ends. Absolutely unacceptable."
Like Norman Osborn he was like
"You can't do this to me. YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I SACRIFICED!"
Sora gave his life up to save each and everyone of his friends.❤️💙💚

Ventus,Vanitas, Ansem's guardian,Terranort, Lingering Will, Master's Defender, Land Of Departure/Castle Oblivion, the never acknowledgement of the power of awakening and thus never be able to use it after the Zettaflare scene.
Xehanort 100% would win.

Xemnas wouldn't destroy Roxas because that would just make Sora stronger, due to Sora being weakened by not being complete with his Nobody.
I see what you mean, but that’s assuming that the power inside Roxas would go back to Sora, in the event that Roxas was destroyed. Thing is, it’s shown that, in order for Sora to be complete again, Roxas needs to be alive, which is why Riku had to capture him before he attacked the Organization. Roxas would’ve lost that fight.
We can only assume based on what we know, but considering Roxas is a special nobody, would Xemnas know this? Because if he doesn't, I don't think he'd risk it.
Well, if he’s operating under the assumption that destroying Roxas would leave Sora in a weakened state, I don’t see why he wouldn’t. Sora would still be strong enough to collect hearts for them.

I don’t necessarily believe that Kairi not having a bond with Sora would stop him from fading away, yes while she was the one who saves him in the OG timeline, Sora definitely has connections to other characters, so his connection to say a Hercules they would be rescued and the only difference is Xehanort has killed someone else and Sora goes to Quadratum due to them, who would that be? What would the consequences be?
The bond is what stops Sora from fading away. If that bond isn’t intact, he might’ve faded away. And in my opinion, Sora’s connection to Riku and Kairi is way stronger than any other characters. Hercules doesn’t come close to that.
This scenario is good but you forgot one crucial detail, NAMINE CAN CREATE MEMORIES!!!, SHE COULD LITERALLY CONNECT SORA'S OLD MEMORIES TOGETHER WITH HIS CASTLE OBLIVION'S MEMORIES, IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO INCLUDE SUCH A SIMPLE THING IN THIS SCENARIO.
You’re correct. Naminé can create memories. However, when asked if she can restore their old memories, she tells Sora, Donald, and Goofy this: “Yes, but first, I have to undo the chains of the memories I made on my own.” So, in other words, Sora’s old memories and the memories she creates cannot be connected. It’s either one or the other-which is why Sora has to choose. As of right now, what you’re saying isn’t within Naminé’s ability. I actually address this in the video, by the way.

@@mezuGC It doesn't make sense, she could restore his old memories and put the events of Chain Of Memories at the end of the chain, are you telling me that Namine herself was able to discover the memories of Ventus but not add the events of Castle Oblivion it's a pretty stupid use of her power to say the least.
I understand what you’re saying. Try to look at like this: when Naminé tampered with Sora’s memories, she took them apart and created a new chain, which included memories of her that weren’t actually real. But she’s not creating a separate chain of memory. She’s editing the original chain to create something new. That’s why the memories of Castle Oblivion cannot be included. Those memories are connected to Naminé and the false memories she created, so, in order for her to undo the “edit,” she has to rearrange the memories back to how they were before. The old memories and the Castle Oblivion memories are not separate chains of memory that can be combined. It’s the same chain, edited, then restored to how it was before. And when it comes to Ventus, his heart went to sleep inside of Sora’s heart way before the events of CoM. That’s why when Naminé found his memories, she knew they belonged in Sora’s heart because they were already there originally. Hope that helps.
I know it might be late to ask this question. But wouldn’t Sora & Riku be weaker in this timeline? Especially Sora. With no drive forms, skills and all that combat experience from going that journey in KH2. Cause if we’re being honest the only reason they beat the Organization in the OG story was because they went on that kh2 journey way later after the COM arc. Wouldn’t the effects of KH2 happens so early that they wouldn’t really be prepared or have any of the skills they acquired from it. Aka meaning the Organization would win in a fight.
It’s not late at all. Thanks for commenting. To your first point, I do agree that Sora, specifically, would be weaker. Though, it’s not out of the realm of possibility for Sora and Riku to do some training in this timeline, but then you could also argue that Sora’s potential would, possibly, be capped without Roxas. However, Sora was still able to defeat Organization members, despite being at 50% of his maximum. Also, Marluxia and Larxene believed, with Sora, they could easily take the Organization. So, it really depends on how credible you think their assessment of Sora’s power was, in comparison to Xemnas, during the events of COM. But I don’t personally think they would attempt something so bold if they couldn’t get the job with Sora, meaning Sora, in this timeline, should be able to beat the rest of the Organization, with Riku and Mickey’s help. But, like I said, it depends.
What if Roxas managed to find a way out of the simulated twilight town and ended up in the real twilight town

Can someone explain why xemnas wanted Xion created? Xemnas himself recruited Roxas who weilds the keyblade. He already had what he needed. In fact, I feel like xemnas would have won if he relied on Roxas. To create kingdom hearts.
Xion was created, as part of the replica program, to absorb / copy Keyblade wielder abilities. Xemnas’s intention was to have a replica / vessel with no will or identity of its own, unlike Roxas. But she ended up forming her own identity and Xemnas saw her as a failure. I don’t think much would’ve changed if she weren’t created, though. Roxas would still develop his own identity and start to ask questions about who he is and why he’s in the Organization, which would lead to him leaving, eventually.

Xemnas has power over all nobodies? That’s the first I’ve heard of that. As far as Roxas is concerned, Xemnas would have to feed him a lot of believable bs to keep him around, which I don’t think he could. But it’s possible, I suppose. It’s important to note that a lot of things contributed to Xemnas losing in the end, though.
@@mezuGC well xemnas is capable of turning all nobodies into dusks. That was confirmed in KH2 in the meeting between axel, xaldin and xemnas which is kinda scary if you think about it. Then when axel brought Xion back when she needed 'fixing' xemnas apparently had to do it. Which implies that xemnas has this undisclosed power that gave him somewhat control over Xion and possibly over all nobodies. They didn't call him the superior of the in-between for nothing.
Xion isn’t a nobody, though. She’s a replica, so whatever he did to her, likely wouldn’t apply to actual nobodies. Also, if he does have power over all nobodies, he would’ve used it on Roxas, I’d imagine. And as far as Xemnas being called “the superior”, I always interpreted that as the other members speaking on his strength.
