- Now that Sora is in Smash, it isn't impossible to say there could be more Nintendo x Kingdom Hearts crossovers right? So instead of waiting around, we just went ahead and smashed some Nintendo Worlds Kingdom Hearts.

What other worlds do you think would make a fun Kingdom Hearts level?
If it wasn't too much a duplicate with the Mario and Yoshi worlds you mentioned, Sora going into a Paper Mario-type world would be awesome. It's already an action-rpg style of game and would make for a cool crossover into a world with a different art style!

There is one... although not Nintendo, but more Sega.
Sora, Donald and Goofy could travel to Mobius (the planet where Sonic lives).
This could be the Sonic Forces version. While Tails repairs Omega, Chaos-like and robot-like Heartless appear behind Tails ready to attack. (This is a bit far more reasonable then being scared of Chaos 0)
Then, instead of Classic Sonic (or with him if you want that whole heart thing at the end), Sora and the rest comes to save him. Then, they all go save Sonic. The Zavok illusion could be on another robotic heartless that is much bigger.
After encountering Infinite, who was plunged into darkness, he turns into a Heartless. After the heroes defeat him, Eggman appears with a heartless-like mech that ressembles the Nega-Wisp-Armor. And so forth, they beat him.
I think if Sora explored the world of Sonic Forces, it could make Sonic Forces look better
..because the story is bleh 🤣

I like the idea of Sora and crew traveling to the Bionis and teaming up with Shulk and the gang to defeat Heartless Mechons.

I’d say the Pokémon world would work better in the mystery dungeon series specifically Explorers of Sky with Sora as a shinx, Donald as a quaxly, and Goofy as a riolu helping a piplup and chimchar in becoming a top exploration team.
Also while not a Nintendo propriety how about an adventure in Sonic Adventure where Sora in a hedgehog form, Donald in a more Mobian looking bird form, and Goofy… okay he might not need to change forms but basically the three would team up with Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles to gather Chaos Emeralds and battle Chaos with Perfect Chaos as the final boss.
Sora, Donald, and Goofy in the Animal Crossing style would be so cute.

Personally, I suggest the world of Kid Icarus, Sora, Donald and Goofy arrived in underground and find Pit to team up with him to defeat Medusa. They travel to the Underground and beat a Cerberus-like heartless, then come to the human world under attack and helping somme civilians with Magnus, not a party member and then go to the sky world to save Palutena possessed by a heartless and then taking down Medusa

Honestly, I thought KH4 having Nintendo Worlds instead of Disney ones would make sense too! However, I think Sora would be on his own based on where we last left off with Sora in KH3.
Oh, & as for worlds, I was thinking they'd follow the order of KH1 with:
Starting World (Meowstep Islands/Super Mario Bros: Bowser's Fury): This world would actually mirror Traverse Town, where you were transported from Destiny Islands to Traverse Town, an island to a city/town, you are transported from Quadratum to Meowstep Islands, a city/town to an island. Story-Wise, instead of the typical Darkside we saw Sora fighting in the KH4 trailer, he'd be fighting a heartless-corrupted Bowser, only to be dragged with him to the Meowstep Islands where we fight him again, this time making our way to the lighthouse in order to light it up. We then learn from Bowser Jr. that his father had made a deal with Vanitas in order to make him a giant heartless that would pulverize Mario once & for all, but it totally backfired on Bowser as he can't control his fury, not even around his own son, & Sora would team up with Mario & Bowser Jr. in order to find a way to rid the Heartless from Bowser once & for all.
World 1 (Avalon Forest/Bayonetta Origins: Cereza & The Lost Demon): This world would parallel Wonderland from KH1. Story-Wise, you help Young Cereza & her demon-possessed stuffed plushie Cheshire traverse through the Avalon Forest in order to meet with the mysterious young boy from Cereza's dreams since I imagine maybe Sora thinks he can help send him back to his friends back in the Destiny Islands. Also, I can imagine instead of Morgana being the final boss (which I imagine her to blame Sora more than Cereza for what fudging up the ritual in order to save Lukaon instead.), it would probably be Edea from Final Fantasy VIII, who'd be an Umbran Witch as well as the Emperor Palpatine to Morgana's Darth Vader in that she is Morgana's manipulative mentor.
World 2 (Arctic Archipelago's/Donkey Kong: Tropical Freeze): This world would parallel Deep Jungle from KH1. Story-Wise, you either help Donkey or Funky Kong & co. reclaim their island from Lord Fredrik & his Snowmad's. You'd be in what would be considered the final level of DK: TF, but, the levels of Donkey Kong Island would be considered areas of the Arctic Archipelago's before reaching Lord Fredrik in his Lava Arena.
World 3 (Hisui/Pokémon Legends: Arceus): This world would parallel Olympic Coliseum from KH1. Story-Wise, you help Akari & Rei free the Pokémon of Hisui from the influence of the Heartless. Also, because time-travel is involved with Pokemon Legends: Arceus, I can sort of imagine Young Xehanort being behind the whole corruption of the Pokémon of Hisui as well as the different rifts of time, so I can imagine you'd fight him during the final battle in Hisui while Akari & Rei take care of Volo. It's here that you can also pick a Pokémon starter (Cyndaquil, Rowlett, or Oshawatt) that acts as your additional party member for the rest of the game!
World 4 (Hyrule/Legends of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom): This world would parallel Agrabah from KH1. Story-wise, you help Link take down the Evil King Ganondorf. First, you have to help the Zora, Rito, Gerudo, & Goron Tribes & their Sages with some issues involving Heartless, which are supposed to be hints that Ganon isn't working alone. It's later revealed that Sora's evil doppelganger, Vanitas, is working with Ganon &, during the final battle of Hyrule, you first fight Vanitas while Link takes care of Evil King Ganon while the second part of the fight has Vanitas transform Ganon into a Dragon-based Heartless before he leaves that Link & Sora team up to take down while riding on Dragon Zelda.
World 5 (Botanic Planet/Pikmin 4): This world would parallel Monstro from KH1. Story-Wise, you've crash-landed into this world, accidentally hitting Olimar's spaceship along the way. After an apology, you decide to team up with him in order to traverse through the world & gather Olimar's ship's missing parts, also discovering that the planet's inhabitants become corrupted by the Heartless during the night.
World 6 (The Final Resort/Luigi's Mansion): This world would parallel Halloween Town from KH1. Story-Wise, it's pretty much the same storyline but you enter the resort right about the time when all of Luigi's friends get kidnapped by the ghosts of the Final Resort & decide to team up with him.
World 7 (Inktopolis/Splatoon 3): This world would parallel Atlantica from KH1. Story-Wise, it's pretty much the same but instead of Octarian enemies mutated with fur, the Octarian enemies mutated themselves with Heartless & utilize an ink made out of them too in order to corrupt Inktopolis with darkness. Interestingly, you team up with an Inkling who wields a keyblade made from the same gadgetry as all the weapons used from the game.
World #8: (The Forgotten Lands/Kirby & The Forgotten Land): This world would parallel Neverland from KH1. Story-Wise, it's pretty much the same as the near to last stage of Kirby & The Forgotten Land, "Redgar Forbidden Lands", in which you team up with Kirby in order to rescue Elfilin from the Beast-Pack & Fecto Forgo. It's also suggested that Elfilin has something to do with Kingdom Hearts (I mean, his ears kinda look like a heart. C'mon)

I would honestly love to play through an Animal Crossing themed world, But I feel like that kind of world could potentially be an optional world.
It would also be cool to see an optional world based on F-Zero, where you would play a series of racing mini games or something like that.
Also it would be awesome if Sora didn't just visit Nintendo, but also a mixture of SEGA, Capcom, Konami, etc. worlds, in moderation though because I don't think it's appropriate for Sora to visit places like Yakuza, Resident Evil, and Bayonetta.
Castlevania and Devil May Cry is up for debate though especially DMC since it's Rated M, as I'd like Sora to meet any of the Belmonts and Dante + Nero, heck imagine his interactions with Nero.
Fire Emblem would've been amazing world choice given there's so many games to choose from personally I'd go with 3 Houses as Sora would be a temporary student whatever houses he joins is up to the player

A world based on either Earthbound or Splatoon would be interesting choices to add to the list as well.
Also the Pokémon world, maybe we can add a secret battle against Red and his Pikachu

I agree completely. It would be nice for the Kingdom Hearts franchise to expand beyond Disney and towards other big names and their franchises. Perhaps some Dreamworks world like Shrek and Trolls, some Nickelodeon worlds like SoongeBob and Fairly OddParents, Cartoon Network worlds like Chowder and Total Drama Island, etc. I would definitely buy those games. And I am literally on my knees for Kingdom Hearts to be made into LEGO
I personally think it would be more fun if kingdom hearts 4 revolved around Kairi, Riku, and others that have a strong bond with Sora trying to find Sora instead of Sora just visiting a bunch of worlds like in 1,2,&3. It’s just my opinion though.
Also if Kingdom hearts wasn’t E10+ then I’d say it would be kind of funny to see Rex’s (Xenoblade Chronicles 2 btw) reaction if Axel got impaled. (As Axel quite literally gets impaled in the kingdom hearts 2 manga and is completely fine…) but for the love of everything green the game is NOT for children!

What about Kid icarus Uprising, Xenoblade 1,2,3 , Fire Emblem, Earthbound and Mother 3?
For Mario I don’t think 3D world would be the best option, however I could think of this taking place in Mario and Luigi bowser’s inside story on which the first visit takes place after bowser met with the French block dude, on which you would focus on getting bowser to his castle while the second visit will take place after bowser beats up peaches castle and you would have to focus on destroying fawfal’s reign. The gimmick here is that you have two sets of places where you team up with bowser in the overworld while you team up with Mario and Luigi in bowser’s body.
For the zelda world breath of the wild would not fit too well as the game has too much exploration for the amount of story it has, instead it would have to be in skyward sword around the time zelda lands on the surface, you would start of by beating up the imprisoned on which past impa would deem you worth to help with the goddess’s plan
The Pokémon world would be a perfect substitute for Olympus on which there are 13 badges in total with the usual 8 badges as well as 5 special badges.
The way you get Pokémon here besides the starters are to hire trainers with muny(no real life cash allowed) to gatcha one of 50 available Pokémon not counting the evolutions.
And in this world goofy and Donald aren’t allowed to go because of the order.
For the Kirby world i think an original story would truly fit.
Not gonna waste a perfectly good world on a single arena and the gummi ship. So starfox would have to pass.
Metroid is perfect but to work with 2d there would be 3D arenas scattered throughout in the world so you’re able to fight enemies like you’re used too as well as 2d accessible enemies just to throw some challenge.
Animal crossing is good as it’s sharing a similar spirit to timeless river, though I think there should be 6 waves with breaks in between and a boss fight with crazy redd that chose to fight because of promised riches from a certain organization, as apposed to having just scorpions and spiders as a boss.
For yoshi’s story, I don’t think it should be in yen Sid’s tower but instead I think it should be in peach’s castle after you complete the mushroom kingdom.
These are great world ideas. The fact that most of them are relevant as of 2022, especially in how the worlds look here, is a great thing.
With that said, I do have some further suggestions. First of which, we should make this a spinoff, like Chain of Memories or Melody of Memory. That way, barring Nomura's stance on the plot, it doesn't become canon to the source material if you choose to leave it off the list.
Second, if this is to be a KH spinoff, I'd rather have the Mushroom Kingdom be the hubworld of this game, and Splatoon could be one of the selectable universes to visit. Just have the Gummi Ship have to make a pitstop at Peach's castle for the typical rescuing, and we can expand our horizons through multiple means.
Third, we simply must have Mario and Mickey meet. It's practically crossover law after Roger Rabbit happened.
Fourth, if Nintendo doesn't work, Microsoft could play ball as well, what with their acquisitions over the years of Rare Ltd., Mojang, Double Fine Productions, Bethesda, and Activision-Blizzard-King, among numerous others. I can just see Spiral Mountain as the first land here.
Microsoft would be an interesting take also!

In an original story, King K. Rool has finally come out of retirement, and it's up to Sora and the gang to help DK and Diddy beat K. Rool and his Kremlings just like old times, and of course take down some Heartless along the way.

I would personally like to see a Splatoon world. Imagine Sora in an inkling form with a keyblade weapon (which could totally function like the new Splatana weapon) participating in a Turf War, before discovering the Octarians and having to rescue some zapfish. Could even work alongside Agents 1, 2, or 3
That would be good maybe have a twist like other splatoon stories and the octarians where possesed by heartless fue to envy from the Surface and we have to save a heartless possesd dj octavio

As both a huge KH fan and a huge Nintendo fan, I have some thoughts on this.
Firstly, I think a crossover game between the two would be AWESOME, but it comes with some problems.
Mario and Zelda are the best and easiest ways of incorporating Nintendo worlds into KH, Zelda especially.
For a Mario world, it can MAYBE be more based on Super Mario 64, with you having to go through the paintings to stop heartless from stealing the stars in each world.
For Zelda, while it's easy to say "just make it BotW," I'd actually say we should return to the world of OoT. The classic green tunic Link is more iconic to outsiders who might not play Nintendo/Zelda games, and you could incorporate the time travel mechanic too in some way, maybe having to hop between times to defeat the heartless.
As for Pokemon, while I'm personally a big fan, I don't think this world would work as a main story world. Yes, I'm fully aware that the dream eaters exist, but that was more of a side thing. I think the Pokemon world could potentially work as a side world not focused on fighting heartless, but rather training Pokemon. However, I don't think it should be based on an existing main region, since it'd basically just be another Pokemon game but Donald and Goofy are there. Rather, I think a region from a side game would work better, Pasio from Pokemon Masters EX. This game has 3 on 3 battles, and every trainer gets 1 Pokemon as their partner. It would be cool to have Sora, Donald, and Goofy work together as a 3 person? team fighting through the Pasio league/tournament. Since it's a side world, maybe completing battles could earn you tickets or something to scout new sync pairs, with stronger sync pairs (ie. Sygna Suit trainers or Legendary trainers) costing more tickets.
Kirby's world works from a story perspective, but from a gameplay stance, I just don't see how it would work. I've also never seen/played a 3D Kirby game, so I'm not sure how it would work, but maybe it'd be just fine and I'm lacking the knowledge in that regard.
Star Fox, in my opinion, should NOT get it's own world. Instead, I think whatever this games hub world is should have Team Star Fox replace Chip and Dale as the ones running the whole gummi ship thing. Maybe you can even unlock a special Arwing styled gummi ship.
As for Metroid, while I think a lot of people would have Dread fresher in their minds, I don't see how you can easily translate that into a Kingdom Hearts world. Rather, I think a game like Metroid Prime would be an easier translation, since it's already in 3D, so levels would be easier to design. After completing the world, you'd also unlock a special gummi ship modeled after Samus' gunship.
I'll be honest here, I have no idea how to make a good Animal Crossing world. I just don't see it working out that well. It would be super awkward to walk around an Animal Crossing island with a free camera, and if it stayed as a fixed camera, then there would be a good chance of heartless being hidden behind buildings, trees, etc. It just feels wrong to me for some reason.
Yoshi's Story as a Winnie the Pooh type of world would be interesting. Nothing really to add to that one.
For additions to this idea, Fire Emblem could be an interesting addition. Obviously the combat wouldn't be turn based (and probably more like FE Warriors), but seeing characters like Marth or Robin interact with Sora would be fun.
Alright, here me out here. Kingdom Hearts... Splatoon. Now, for anyone wondering "Well, how would that work? Also, don't they SHOOT ink?," to that I say this. Yes they do, BUT there's also the brush weapons, namely the Inkbrush and Octobrush. We give Sora an Inkbrush Keyblade, easy. So how would the world work? Easy, make it like the single player mode. Make Sora an agent of the New Squidbeak Splatoon and have him fight of Octarians and heartless, all ending in a heartless DJ Octavio fight. See how well this idea would work? (I'm 100% biased though since I'm a massive Splatoon simp.)
Now, this sort of bleeds into the territory of two worlds mentioned in the video, but here it is anyway. (Probably replacing the Yoshi's Story idea) How about an optional world based on Paper Mario. Yes, I know there's already a Mario world, but he's Nintendo's mascot, I'm sure they wouldn't care. Since this is a side world, it'd play more like an actual Paper Mario game, or even... Chain of Memories..., but you can't tell me seeing Sora, Donald, and Goofy in the Paper Mario art style wouldn't be cool.
Something something Earthbound. I don't care what it is, I just want something Earthbound in the game. Make Onett the hub world for all I care.
F-Zero would probably have a cameo or something, but definetly the Blue Falcon as a gummi ship.
Kid Icarus MIGHT just work as a world. No real knowledge on the games, but I think it would be funny seeing the idiotic Sora and Pit getting into trouble together.
Imagine this... A horde of heartless vs... A HORDE OF PIKMIN! That's right baby, Pikmin world. Maybe it's a side world people skip, but who cares, I think it'd be neat. You already know the SS Dolphin would have a gummi ship.
PUT R.O.B. IN THE GAME! I don't care how, make him an assistant for Team Star Fox, I just want R.O.B. to get some love.
Xenoblade world. Maybe based off X2, have Rex be a party member, and MAYBE give Sora a Monado Keyblade. I mean, Shulk did show up in a DLC, so it could work.
And, that's basically all I've got. I'm an artist, and now I'm inspired to make art of this. Thanks for this video which got my brain juices flowing. Maybe we can get a Part 2 of this video?

However, it would be interesting if Sora and the rest explored Midgar (the place in Final Fantasy VII. Yes, the game Cloud and Sephiroth originates from)
Aside that, maybe Donkey Kong Island? Or Skyworld (Kid Icarus World)? However, I think Skyworld might ressemble a bit too much Colloseum. 🤔 A Megaman World?

I love how Fire Emblem is nowhere in this list. Even though Sora and Marth working together would be incredibly fitting a lot of Fire Emblem themes probably wouldn't fit anywhere in the current era, if it was still KH1 or KH2 maybe but nowadays we're wayyy out there now. Marth and Sora and the idea of reinforcing his "friends are my power" theme would be neat to delve into

I'm surprised a world based on Fire Emblem Awakening, Kid Icarus, Donkey Kong, and Xenoblade wasn't in the cards for this video.
I also imagine there wouldn't be any bosses for the Animal Crossing stage; I'd figure you could help out in the community and play mini games to take a break from the action.
For Mario: I imagine it being based on a blend of Super Mario 64, with Peach's Castle as the hub and 2D platforming. There could also be a world within a world like Timeless River, where Sora can be teleported to the world of Paper Mario from a book.
Other than that, I love it, and wish it was real!!

These worlds would be really to explore I was a little bummed out that Castlevania didn't make it to this but I still enjoyed the video nonetheless it would be kind of cool to see Sora fight Dracula along Simon or Richter
Yeah i tried to keep to first party Nintendo franchises since Castlevania is Konami, but definitely would've been cool to add a horror element to it!

I'd say otherway around for Yoshi and animal crossing. I think standard combat working with Yoshi in the book, and animal crossing makes more sense as a Minigame, at least to me personally.
Also I'd say Donkey Kong country could be fun, teaming up with DK and Diddy to get back stolen bananas, the big boss is King K. Rool

These were some very neat ideas! I could definitely see Square and Nintendo teaming up on a spinoff, seems like they are on good terms lately with smash, the chocobo racing game, and all the KH games coming to switch. Not sure if Disney would allow it though lmao

Hmm...for the Pokemon world, why not have it based on the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon series? Besides, it wouldn't be the first time Sora, Donald & Goofy have transformed into animal like creatures (Pridelands in KH2)
I see the Animal Crossing world being more of a 100 Acre Wood than Yoshi's Story. If you think about it, Animal Crossing is more relax compared to Yoshi, while adorable, is filled with enemies that you gotta defeat. Maybe have a bulletin board be the menu where you can access mini games based on events in the series?

I would love to see Pokemon in Kingdom Hearts! Both are favorite games. I'd love to see them come together.
I love your idea, for sure. But, I can see this also taking place during Legends Arceus. As Sora, Donald, and Goofy are traveling, a bright light suddenly appears, they see a large figure ( this being Arceus, like how it goes in the beginning of the game )! The group awaken on a beach in an unknown world, meeting Professor Laventon and the Hisuian Starters. After helping the professor catch/retrieve his runaway Pokemon, they soon arrive in Jubilife Village where they have to complete a series of missions; helping quell the frenzied noble Pokemon.

Animal crossing would most likely be the 100 ace woods world plus the nintendo worlds would most likely be based on the more iconic games kinda like how it is in super smash bros so mario 64 ocarina of time pokemon red version starfox 64 kirby superstar saga super metroid yoshi's island donkey kong country earthbound and kid icarus the only up to date world would annoyingly be fire emblem

Mario world Is good for me
Zelda world Is also good for me
Pokémon world i think would be better as mystery dungeon series world
Kirby world Is ok for me
Star Fox world would be perfecto as both for land and gummi gameplay
Metroid world Is good for me
Animal crossing world i see it more as a Winnie the Pooh kind of world i just can't see the villagers fighting off the heartless
Yoshi world seems overkill for me i would use That place to a diferente world like splatoon or fire emblem

I would add 3 more worlds one being Donkey Kong Country, a Fire Emblem World probably Fates because that story is hot garbage but we could fix it by adding darkness and heartless to it and finally miitopia you join the heroes as they take on the darklord

Visiting a worlds of Nintendo sound great but why not all the worlds of video games but only worlds of video game characters appear in super smash bros ultimate and maybe super smash Bros future games except final fantasy 7 because sora already met and knew cloud and sephiroth plus some final fantasy characters.
Such a cool idea, but I smell licensing issues from a mile away 😂
