In Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Marluxia fails in his attempt to use Naminé's power to control Sora and take over organization xiii. But what if he didn't? In this video, I'll be discussing how Marluxia would go about succeeding in his plan to make Sora his puppet and the effect it would have on the entire KH series.

I would argue that Riku may be able to reach out to Sora's heart and get him to stop or hesitate, similar to Xion at the Keyblade Graveyard. Also Mickey fought Marluxia, Larxene, and Luxord (with Xemnas in the background) at the same time. For the purpose of the story, Marluxia has to win but I think Mickey and Riku could pull it off.
It’s very possible that Riku could reach Sora. Good point. That’s the thing about these kind of scenarios 😅 It can be difficult to, definitively, say what would or wouldn’t happen outside of the canon story, especially for a series like KH. Thanks for watching, by the way.
@@mezuGC I don't think Master Xeahanort would be able to destroy Namine while being Conectet to Sora,
Sora after all has a stronger heart than Master Xehanort, so I think in this scenario he might gain Sora's power,but if he tried to destroy Namine I think it would go a bit like with Naraku and Onigomu with Kikyou in Inuyasha
I'd love to see a what-if where Roxas won against Riku in Days
It's simple actually. He continues his suicide mission, leaving Riku unconscious or dead, ridding away every organization member that stands in his way until Xemnas steps up and puts an end to his existence
Roxas would try to take on Organization XIII while being hunted. He’d likely fail after taking out a few members in the process, a testimony to Roxas’ strength. But he’d be killed or possibly enslaved under a very tight leash, possibly under Xemnas’ direct control.
Here's an interesting idea for a What-If: What if Repliku escaped Castle Oblivion?
(Seeing Repliku involved in Days and maybe KH2 events would be awesome)

One of the most surprising scenes. Donald is actually OP. No one saw that coming.
Key detail you are forgetting: Master Xehanort in KH3 likely was in a replica body, his original vessel is weak and frail and that's the whole reason why the story of Birth by Sleep even happens. Terra pretty much slays him in that game, that's one of the reasons MX has no Nobody of his own.
His power pales in comparison to the Ansem defeated by Sora, not only that but by the time he would be restored Marluxia would already have absorbed into himself the power of the artifical Kingdom Hearts. And it would be IMPOSSIBLE for Xehanort's alternates to go into the future now that Marluxia had control of the replica program, they simply would have no vessel to travel into
No, the Master Xehanort you fight in KH3 is his real body. It’s stated in Re:coded that his real body was brought back after his Heartless and Nobody were defeated. It’s never implied that he was using a replica in KH3. Yeah, his real body is old, but it’s not frail or weak. In fact, Xehanort, before choosing Terra, considered using Ventus as his vessel in BBS, but he states that Ventus was too frail. He chose Terra because of his obsession with power, which leads to darkness, making Terra’s body ideal for extending his own life. He’s also far superior to Ansem, by the way. I’m not sure why you would say otherwise. And in this scenario, which I should have mentioned, the artificial Kingdom Hearts wouldn’t even be close to complete. When we see it at the end of KH2, it’s the combination of every heart Sora, Roxas, and Xion collected, over the course of an entire year. In this scenario, Master Xehanort would resurrect way earlier than that. There would barely be any power for Marluxia to absorb, if any. And Master Xehanort would decimate Marluxia and Larxene, whether they have control over the replica program or not.
@@mezuGC the ending of recoded was written years before KH3. The plot point about replica bodies is meant to be a twist in KH3 and yes it is implied that MX himself uses a replica body given the final fight in KH3 against all Replica Xehanorts. Besides MX says so himself in BBS, his body is frail and weak, he didn't pick Ventus because he wanted the most powerful and suitable candidate possible, that's why he picked the one man who overpowered him in combat.
@@mezuGC Ansem would be superior compared to old Master Xehanort in his original body because he is literally MX (personality-wise) but minus the keyblade, with a powerful vessel and feeding of the darkness that came from the destruction of multiple worlds.

Actually, it wouldn't be a wrap, because of the Master of Masters. It is very likely the Master set up Xehanort to be the way he is, and it controlling his life path from a distance. It also likely the Master knows Sora based on the prophecies he created , so it wouldn't be too hard for the Master to revive Sora.
And based on the way he pops in and out of the Timelines, it seems like he is using forbidden powers to make the Timeline(s) go the way he wants them to go.
Here’s the thing about that: We don’t know what the Master of Masters’ endgame is or what events he was actually in control of. All we know for sure is that he wanted to know the events of the future, so he could travel to the points in time he was interested in. Xehanort was a part of that, but we don’t know what purpose the Master of Masters had in mind for him. It’s all speculation until they reveal his true intentions. That’s why I didn’t mention him in this scenario. It would change completely if we had more info on the Master of Masters’ plan.
@@mezuGC Xehanort is the Master's Scapegoat, his black pieces, and in Dark Road it is revealed the Master saved Xehanort's life.
It is also revealed in Dark Road the Master create a prophecy about the CHild of Destiny which Sora causes that prevents Xehanort/Darkness from Winning.
It is performed by Sora a boy who isn't even a Master that changes the Worldline by causing a Singularity.
And that is just Sora.
The Master would surely be able to something Sora could.
We don’t know the plans of the Mast of Masters. For all we know, Sora could be a monkey wrench thrown in and destroyed what the OG Master foretold. We don’t know. More information would be needed.
@@JackieOwl94 The Prophecy of the Child of Destiny describes what Sora does in Three. So The Master has Seen Sora.
Mickey is as strong as kh3 Riku so he’d literally solo Sora, Marluxia and Larxene.
And also, they would fail to overthrow the org cuz Sora would be far too weak to handle them. Remember, Roxas has half of Sora’a powers. So he was easily over twice as strong during the events of 2.
I disagree. Sora is weakened in COM, yeah, but you also have to remember that he’s emotionally amped as well because of his desire to protect Naminé. Both Vexen and Lexaeus comment that Sora is way stronger than he should be, given that Naminé has control of memories and nerfed him as soon as he walked into Castle Oblivion, on top of the fact that Roxas has half of his power. Even so, Sora is still strong enough to beat Organization members, and we can possibly conclude that Sora would get even stronger due to his feelings for Naminé. With Marluxia and Larxene’s help, they’re dusting Mickey and Riku. Also, Marluxia and Larxene would know, for sure, how strong the other members are, and they know all of their abilities. So, they wouldn’t even attempt an insurrection if they thought they couldn’t win.
@@mezuGC I don’t think Sora should even come close to Mickey in power. Have u ever noticed why Mickey never really fights in the main story up until BSS and 3? Cuz he’s that strong. He’s out here fighting fused Ventus (wtv his name is) and is shown to be relative to Aqua in 0.2, who’s also stronger than Terra in her prime due to forcing Terranort to use his guardian in BBS. Sora is not touching any of these people until 3.
Plus in the canon timeline, we could say the same about Roxas towards the end 358: he has a strong desire to save Xion, get his life back and overthrow the the org. Not only that, he absorbed Xion’s powers on top of that resulting him to have 2 key blades. Yet, it’s stated he’d still lost to Xemnas. So it would def be the same for Sora in this situation.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not saying that Mickey isn’t powerful and wouldn’t be able to beat COM Sora if they fought 1v1. I’m saying that Sora with Marluxia and Larxene’s help could beat Mickey. And if we’re assuming that Mickey is just as strong in COM as he is in KH3, he was shown to need help when he was fighting Marluxia, Larxene, and Luxord. If you swap out Luxord for COM Sora, I don’t see Mickey winning that battle even with COM Riku’s help. Also, Roxas attempting to fight the Organization alone at the end of Days isn’t comparable to Sora, Marluxia, and Larxene fighting the Organization together. I definitely don’t think COM Sora could solo Xemnas. Also, Roxas wanting to protect Xion isn’t quite the same as Sora’s desire to protect Naminé, because Sora’s memory is being manipulated, causing his feelings for her to grow stronger and increasing his strength.
@@mezuGC actually Mickey was doing just fine against the MML in 3. He was just caught off guard to Luxord’s hax ability. Hell even Sora would’ve been trapped in that card and we know how strong he in 3. But I agree swapping Luxord with Sora would make the battle tougher.
Also, Lea is stronger than Marluxia and Larxene and yet Xemnas was basically able to no diff him in 3. So he could literally do the same against the other 2 and deal with Sora on his own.
And I do t see how Sora’s feelings in COM would be stronger than Roxas in the end of 358. His entire existence is on the line and he’s losing everything that he’s known since he was born. He’s fighting for his and his friends life.
In what we saw, Mickey could evade their attacks; that’s about it. But could he overpower all three on his own? I don’t think he could. He was able to overpower the Xehanort Replicas, but it’s heavily implied that Sora helped him during that confrontation. As far as Xemnas no diffing Marluxia, Larxene, and COM Sora at the same time, we’ll have to agree to disagree respectfully. Them having COM Sora with them makes a big difference. Also, the point I was making with Sora’s feeling amping him is that the more Naminé manipulates his memory, the stronger Sora will continue to become, in order to protect her, which is why Marluxia instructs Naminé to keep bringing Sora’s heart closer to her. It’s never stated or implied that Sora would ever stop growing in power due to the memory manipulation. That’s why I don’t think Roxas’s anger amp is the same.
depending on if xigbar is actualy Luxu at this point, i got a feeling that he would tip of xemnas and then restore him to xehanort proper. just to speed up later events. like 'xigbar led a second mutiny and the rest of the organization is with you two." only for xehanort to come in and whip people back on track. if xigbar isn't luxu yet, then i think a fair bit that luxord and xigbar would kill one of the traitors, not sure which one. larxene might be too fast for xigbar, but luxord would definitely be able to keep her at bay. probably while saix goes head to head with Sora with demyx running crowd control against marluxia.
Xigbar was always Luxu, but either way, destroying Xemnas, at any point in time, would restore Xehanort. I don’t think it really matters when it happens. Also, if everyone is in character, Sora, Marluxia, and Larxene would fight each Organization member one by one, not all at once. In Kingdom Hearts 2, the Organization members don’t fight together, for whatever reason. Sora, Donald, and Goofy fight them all separately.
@@mezuGC i think its because of the progress Roxas did over days, and the amount of heartless sora had slain up to that point in kh2. from the story it seems Xemnas's personal plan for making a Kingdom Hearts was genuinely about be complete. So it was about stalling Sora. unaware of Diz's plan to digitize Kingdom Hearts.

Ah, you're right. I didn't mention the lingering will. But that goes along with Terra not getting his body back. As the Lingering Will, there's nothing he could really do to return to his body, or stop Xehanort.
Yeah i love this. Personly I belive they would then steer the Org to Research how to get back lost memorys

OMG I want to write a fanfic of this so bad! Its so interesting of a concept
I think Xemnas would beat the rebels. Marluxia has a habit of sending individual underlings into combat, and even if he sent Sora and Larxene together, don't try to tell me that Riku in KH2 endgame is weaker than Larxene. Xemnas might struggle a bit against Sora, but a solo Sora would always lose because he needed Riku to save him from Xemnas's attack in KH2.
So Xemnas would focus on taking out Larxene, the weaker link, and even if he only had 1% of his health left after killing her, he could use his instawin on Sora. Then he could just rest up before stomping Marluxia.
And if Marluxia had already killed Roxas at this point, we would end up with a Sora/Roxas hybrid (Remember how Lea remembered being Axel) who could likely end up beating Xemnas eventually.
How Soxas would deal with Xehanort proper, though, I don't know.
Well, you also have to account for the fact that Sora only needed Riku’s help once Xemnas absorbed power from the artificial Kingdom Hearts. In KH2 Final Mix, Sora fights Xemnas 1v1 before he absorbs that power, and Sora won. COM Sora is weaker, but I think Marluxia and Larxene could make up the difference.
If it’s not too much to ask could you do one about: what if Axel died in chain of memories? Be it because Marluxia killed him in their fight or Sora was powerful enough to actually kill him, could be ether one

I think It's something interesting to think about, well not just because of sora x namine.
But it's interesting as sora would have to rely on namine for help with memories. Plus it give namine a lot of development wether fighting or in general. It possibly affect days and kh2 the most.
Real question would be how it affects Roxas and Xion. As they'd have the chance to live, maybe both or one die yet it definitely make kh2 different.
@@mezuGC thank you for the what if. It's interesting while I'm sad namine and xion died. But technically you could say Luxu would return or the master would be involved.
But those are big if's.
Off the top of my head, Roxas would likely never wake up because in Days he doesn’t wake up until Sora is put to sleep at the end of CoM. Xion is a tricky one. I feel like there’s multiple things that could happen with her, so I’ll have to do more thinking on that.

Well each option could be good or bad. Like her looking for namine, coming to terms with Roxas never waking, going with sora and namine or being trapped in the org.
So many possibilities, it all depends on what Xion probably do, as Roxas was Emotional where Xion did what she thought was right.

You’re right. Sora is weaker in COM, but even still, he’s able to defeat Organization members. Also, Marluxia and Larxene were adamant that they could take the Organization as long as they had Sora, and considering they’re part of the Organization as well, they would have a proper gauge of how strong the other members are.

I disagree with COM Sora beating Xemnas why? COM Sora is half of what he used to be in Kh1. When Sora used the keyblade of hearts to free Kairi's heart he created Roxas. And as what Diz/Ansem the wise said in kh2 to Roxas, Roxas has half of Sora's powers. Meaning a nerfed Sora in COM is not beating Xemnas, Xenmas in the Kh1 secret boss fight was fighting a nerfed Sora from kh1 and Xemnas did not even try. Roxas at the end of day's is far stronger than COM Sora, and it's stated that Roxas would lose to Xenmas! Sora got massively buffed in kh2 because he got Roxas back. Also Mickey is far stronger than COM Sora, your gonna sit there and tell me COM Sora, a far weaker version to Kh1 Sora is beating Mickey? Mickey is a more seasoned fighter compared to Sora. Also in the original organization 13 Xemnas is the strongest, in the Real Organization 13, Xemnas is 3rd. In the Real organization 13, Marluxia and Larxene don't even hit top 5. You can't sit there and tell me Marluxia and Larxene are stronger than Terranort, Ansem SOD, Young Xehanort and Vanitas. Also what's stopping Donald from using Zettaflare against Marluxia and Larxene? It VAPORIZED AND KILLED TERRANORT! And from Goofy's reaction in 3 it makes it seem like Donald has used it before, and it didn't kill Donald, it just drained him. Also didn't Terranort oneshotted Ventus and Lea but didn't Goofy parry it like it was nothing? You're giving Donald and Goofy not enough credit. Also Sora gets a frienship boost from his friends, even if he is told Mickey, Riku, Donald and Goofy are out to kill Namine he still wouldn't fight them. In DDD Sora refused to believe Tron was evil and didn't want to fight him and straight up refuses to fight him before the boss fight, but if it wasn't for quorra to tell him Tron is still in there he would've had never fought back, Tron a person Sora is friends with but not close enough compared to Donald, Goofy and Riku. He would 100% try to convince them to not hurt her. Sora would plead for them not to hurt her but all he would hear is "Why would we hurt her?" And Sora would be confused, kinda like when Sora pulled out the lucky charm Namine gave him to show to Repliku that he got one leaving him shocked until Namine redid his memories again, Namine can manipulate memories but not words. Also when Sora refuses to fight them Marluxia would be angry that he's not fighting them and would tell Namine to do something leaving Sora confused on why he's getting angry at Namine when they are supposed to be protecting her, making Sora angry at Marluxia for getting angry at Namine. Also Mickey can heal too ya know, if Donald and Goofy are down he can heal them and boom there back in. And if all hell fails, guess what? Riku still has Ansem's power! He would give in to Darkness and either A. Have Ansem fully take over or B. 358/2 style and have Ansem's body with Gaurdian. Also Gaurdian is absolutely fucking busted, especially if Riku is going all out to save Sora from these two, immediately he crushes and knocks out Sora like he did to Roxas. Riku/Ansem washes Larxene leaving Marluxia alone. Also, Sora in kh2 a far stronger one compared to his COM version almost lost to Roxas, Roxas who didn't get any stronger after his fight with Riku almost bested a stronger Sora in 2. So Mickey>358/2 Roxas> COM Riku> COM Sora>Marluxia>Axel>Larxene.
