I always wipe any dish or bowl, even spoons just before I use them, like you do. My mother always did it too. I don't know why because everything is clean. My mother used to say you never know if a piece of glass broke off when you put it in the cupboard 😍😍😍

What is chu hou paste?
I cant find this paste or cocounut milk in my country can i use something else?
I hardly keep fresh garlic and ginger in the fridge (I don't care for the bite and am not a fan of ginger's texture) so I always wonder... could I use garlic/ginger powder instead? If so, how much would be enough to replace the quantities in each recipe? Love ur videos!

I always cut the tomatoes in half and grate the flesh off on the large side of the grater. It gets rid of the skins which can sometimes not break down during cooking and are very unpleasant
