When i went vegan it occured to me that i ate chinese food more than any other. So i began to order my favorote dishes without meat. That was before youtube. Now we can do it ourselves.

The most important thing you can do to enjoy cooking is set up your mise en place. You can't cook and enjoy it while you are chopping and dicing and prepping. Prep everything first. Then enjoy your cooking zen!

Hi Will, Can you do a "What I eat in a day" video? I think a lot of people these days shy away from eating a lot of (or any) noodles. Clearly you are very healthy and fit - it's all about balance. Seeing your approach to a day of eating wood be awesome, and really helpful!
Hey Will. Those rooted ends of the green onion? Don't throw them out. Put them (roots down) in some water, until the roots develop a bit more. Then stick them in a pot with some soil or compost. They'll grow back their green leaves. I kept mine going for 5 months, cutting and re-growing. They weaken over time but they're really handy when you forgot to buy green onions. But you probably know all this stuff......!

Just found this channel while having a late night dinner, tend to watch cooking stuff from RUclips while eating. I only started home cooking a couple of weeks ago, and this is something I´ve been looking for, I really like this kind of "more doing, less talking" kind of style, where the focus is on the actual cooking and the instructions are described in a calm and straightforward manner. I plan my meals very carefully at the moment and tomorrow it´s time to plan next weeks recipes and make a list of ingredients needed. I´ll definitely add one of these since I´m trying one new recipe every week. Can´t wait to try these recipes. Home cooking is one of the smartest choices I´ve made for this year and I´m enjoying it so much more than I could even imagine.

Meat eater here, but this video is a masterpiece. Beautifully shot and edited, info succinct, audio clear and pleasant, and I'll bet those are actually good recipes that work, and that are yummy. Chef seems to know what he's doing, and best of all: no disgusting vegan replacement products (like "vegan bacon" and "vegan cheese") - just real food that isn't trying to be something it's not. These are vegan dishes that are actually interesting even to non vegans. I'm gonna try that butternut squash soup.

My mom is on & off diabetes since like 10 years ago ! She fixed it with her diet ( mostly vegan ...like 70 % ,but sometimes ate chicken & fish ) then it kept coming back because of her age & medication .She tried vegan diet again for three weeks ,she got much better right away !! But ,now she eats fish .As some doctor we know highly recommended ( for her heart ! She got 3 stents in now ) & she is old ,so it is not easy to for her to stay vegan ,or vegetarian. I am a vegetarian, was a vegan for 17 years ! But,really diet is so ~ important !!! And we're all what we eat !! We can heal with foods !!! Powers of plants are amazing !!! I made one of your dishes for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit. It was the turmeric rice stir fry, but I used riced cauliflower instead of rice since my daughter in law is gluten free. It was delicious! Your recipes are so flavorful and easy!

So yummy! I've tried all these recipes except for the coconut butternut soup. For years I've only made a roasted butternut squash, carrot, ginger soup each time I get a butternut squash and I keep forgetting to make your soup. This week for sure! I have to say, roasting the butternut squash makes your home smell delicious for hours. Thanks Wil.
I Love the base sauce you use. For me its sesame oil ( roasted or toasted) coconut aminos. Gluten free tamari fried extra firm tofu , garlic (2-3) miso( different varieties) kombu , miso chili 😋 kelp flakes shiitake mushrooms peeled carrots lime ted onion 1 tsp. Hoisin bell peppers zucchini cilantro pea shoots 😊☮️🌈🌟 or gai lang if i can find it 😊

She fixed it with her diet ( mostly vegan ...like 70 % ,but sometimes ate chicken & fish ) then it kept coming back because of her age & medication .She tried vegan diet again for three weeks ,she got much better right away !! But ,now she eats fish .As some doctor we know highly recommended ( for her heart ! She got 3 stents in now ) & she is old ,so it is not easy to for her to stay vegan ,or vegetarian. I am a vegetarian, was a vegan for 17 years ! But,really diet is so ~ important !!! And we're all what we eat !! We can heal with foods !!! Powers of plants are amazing !!!

I can definitely see you with your own restaurant! I love your channel! I bought broccolini for the first time after watching you use it. I made one of your dishes for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit. It was the turmeric rice stir fry, but I used riced cauliflower instead of rice since my daughter in law is gluten free. It was delicious! Your recipes are so flavorful and easy!

So yummy! I've tried all these recipes except for the coconut butternut soup. For years I've only made a roasted butternut squash, carrot, ginger soup each time I get a butternut squash and I keep forgetting to make your soup. This week for sure! I have to say, roasting the butternut squash makes your home smell delicious for hours. Thanks Wil.

I Love the base sauce you use. For me its sesame oil ( roasted or toasted) coconut aminos. Gluten free tamari fried extra firm tofu , garlic (2-3) miso( different varieties) kombu , miso chili 😋 kelp flakes shiitake mushrooms peeled carrots lime ted onion 1 tsp. Hoisin bell peppers zucchini cilantro pea shoots 😊☮️🌈🌟 or gai lang if i can find it 😊
