He seems to love the sound of his voice and acts with condescension like he is above everyone else. He seems to enjoy this challenge from the lawyer because he is able to show off his superior knowledge. Thank goodness the lawyer can hold his own. Well done to Johnny Depp's lawyer. He was also brilliant with AH's so-called Hollywood expert and trashed her knowledge of actors and movies 👏
That's my dude. The great Wayne Dennison, who Ben Chew described as being brought on as "The Heavy". He was very underrated and should've gotten way more recognition in this trial than what he did. That's the type of swag that says, "I'm an experienced boss and I'm comfortable, because I've been doing this for years... so I got this!"
I enjoyed Dennison’s cross the least. He missed a lot of gaffes made by this but jobs. Ben Chew had to feed him sticky notes to get back on those points. The vomit one was just one example. Also Dr. Speigel kept making crazy arguments to the jury when no question was pending. He never contained the witness

The double-speak this psychiatrist is engaging in is nuts. He emphatically claims he isn't being unethical because he isn't making a diagnosis, then emphatically claims it is what he is thinking and that it is splitting hairs to make a differentiation between the traits and a diagnosis. Not to mention he is incredibly argumentative. what a bizarre expert witness to call. He isn't helping Amber's case at all.
This psychiatrist thinks he’s answers are intelligent and thinks he’s smarter than the lawyer. Oh my gosh! He fits perfect with Amber’s lawyer too. I feel bad for Johnny’s lawyer because he has to talk to this crazy man, but he handled that man very well. I wonder if this psychiatrist has gotten any clients after this trial.
Why? Look psychiatry isn’t like „regular medicine“ it’s not a broken leg. I could never meet someone but if a colleague explains him to me I can say that maybe some type of medication would help him.
It’s not. It breaks a number of codes. I’m not saying no one does in, but you’re not supposed to and certainly not supposed to state you would in court. It questions the integrity of the whole system.
@@Baalenciaga666 And you would be happy to take legal responsibility for prescribing something that might be inappropriate, dangerously unsuitable or which has interactions with someone's other medications? I am a lawyer and I was trying to follow the question and the answers and a most of the time he starts talking nonsense. Like literal nonsense, not related to the question, not related to the answer, just... like diarrea but with his moth. And then he gets mad when they ask him about those things he said and discredits himself saying he mispoke.
He gives me the vibe of a guy who watched one too many Jordan Peterson videos, looked in the mirror and thought, I kinda look like him! Then went on trying to replicate him without any of the actual intellect and gone insane in the process.
If you listen closely he is answering the questions being asked but you have to get past the odd personality. He did not diagnose Johnny He was asked to give a cognitive evaluation during a specific event in which he did. He admits he has no clue if their were other events that affected Johnny cognitive level during his professional opinion again not an actual diagnosis. Its simply his opinion about a very specific point in time. He was asked 50 different ways about how his opinion was interpreted. At that time, regardless of outside influences, this is what he saw. Very straight forward Complete waste of time but he did what he was asked
this witness is an embarrassment to everyone in his field , but look at her other so called Experts and he fits the bill . i have never seen such a strange and bizarre testimony

It’s rare that I’ve seen such a “display of insecurity” about someone’s intelligence as this doctor exudes. He’s faaaar more impressed with himself than anyone else is!
This man LOVED his own voice. He was rude, arguing with the lawyer at points!!!! The judge finally intervened and told him to only answer the questions but she could've done it much sooner .
To be fair the lawyer was trying to trap him into answering questions to show he’s unethical etc, the lawyer obviously has an agenda and the doctor didn’t play into it

The great
Wayne Dennison, who
Ben Chew described as being brought on as
"The Heavy". He was very underrated and should've gotten way more recognition in this trial than what he did. He did a great job and I just love how he spreads his arms over the podium during cross. That's the type of swag that says, "I'm an experienced boss and I'm comfortable, because I've been doing this for years... so I got this!"
Wayne Dennison is a BEAST

This lawyer Dawyne D won the award for Best Lawyer. So well done
I don’t like the way he talks tbh. It sounds weird. And no I am fully on johnnys side
Between Amber, her lady lawyer, her witnesses, the amount of narcissism that's passing through this room will left it tainted for all eternity.
Oh my goodness i was thinking the same thing. U said it right!

What’s actually kind of scary is the fact he said he would happily administer medication to a patient he’s never met!? That can’t be ethical.
Some of these quacks R only doing it 4 the $$$, of coarse.
@@Baalenciaga666 yeah that’s my point exactly. People who take mind altering medication should see the doctor prescribing it to them.

He did not diagnose Johnny
He was asked to give a cognitive evaluation during a specific event in which he did. He admits he has no clue if their were other events that affected Johnny cognitive level during his professional opinion again not an actual diagnosis.
Its simply his opinion about a very specific point in time. He was asked 50 different ways about how his opinion was interpreted.
