我做的茄子家人朋友都说好吃，而唯一的秘诀确是非常的简单！
Stir-fried eggplant with Shrimp 虾仁茄子配方：
Main ingredients:
Eggplant 茄子三根: 600g
Shrimp 虾仁: 200g
Seasoning for shrimp腌料:
Black pepper 1/4tsp 黑胡椒 0.6g
Salt 盐: 1/4tsp (1.5g)
Cornstarch 玉米淀粉: 1tsp (3g)
Sauce 芡汁:
Oyster sauce 蚝油 : 1 tbsp (18g)
Hoisin sauce 海鲜酱 1tsp ( 5g)
Soy Sauce 酱油生抽:1tsp (5g)
Granulated Sugar 白砂糖: 1/4tsp ( 1g)
Salt 盐: 1/4tsp (1.5g)
Cornstarch 玉米淀粉: 1/2tbsp (4g)
Water or Broth 水或者高汤: 1cup (250g)
Others 其他：
Cooking oil 食用油 : 3tbsp (40g)
Cooking wine 料酒 1tbsp (15g)
Garlic 大蒜 8g
Shallot 红葱头 6g
