酥脆炸蔬菜饼🥕外脆里酥，好吃不腻，做法简单容易💯配上辣椒番茄酱，好吃到停不了口‼️
材料：1颗洋葱、半个胡萝卜、1把青葱、100克江鱼仔、150克粘米粉、50克面粉、1勺泡打粉、1茶勺盐、1勺白糖、半勺鸡精、1颗鸡蛋、3勺食用油、200克清水
1）把洋葱切片、胡萝卜切条、青葱切段、江鱼仔炸至金黄色剪小段备用
2）碗里加入150克粘米粉、50克面粉、1勺泡打粉、1茶勺盐、1勺白糖、半勺鸡精、1颗鸡蛋、3勺食用油、200克清水搅拌均匀至无颗粒
3）加入切好的洋葱、胡萝卜、青葱、江鱼仔搅拌均匀
4）热锅热油，把面糊一大勺炸至两面金黄即可
5）香喷喷的酥脆炸蔬菜饼就做好了❤️
