    材料:500克南瓜、1茶勺盐、4个咸蛋黄、80克普通面粉、30克玉米淀粉、4克泡打粉、8克食用油、150克清水、2勺牛油、1把咖喱叶、半勺咖喱粉、1勺白糖
    1)把南瓜去皮切块再切厚条,加入1茶勺盐抓均匀
    2)咸蛋黄取出来蒸15分钟,压碎
    3)80克普通面粉、30克玉米淀粉、4克泡打粉、8克食用油、150克清水搅拌均匀备用
    4)热锅倒油,南瓜裹上泥浆下锅炸,小火炸至金黄色捞出
    5)锅留底油,加入2勺牛油&咖喱叶爆香,倒入咸蛋碎、半勺咖喱粉&1勺白糖炒至冒泡
    6)最后加入南瓜条快速翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦❤️

    3) 80g plain flour, 30g cornstarch, 4g baking powder, 8g cooking oil, 150g water, mix well and set aside
    4) Pour oil in a hot pan, coat the pumpkin in the mud and fry it in the pan, fry it on medium heat until golden brown and take out
    5) pan left some oil, add 2 tablespoons of butter & curry leaves and saute until fragrant, pour in salted eggs, half a tablespoon of curry powder & 1 tablespoon of white sugar and fry until bubbling
    6) Finally, add the pumpkin strips and stir-fry evenly, and it's ready to serve ❤️
