You can change the settings so that you don’t have to keep getting notifications every time an effect wants to resolve. Press +>Help & Options>Settings>auto skip effect dialogue prompts - change it to simple. Trust me, lifesaver

I would love another world championship with a full story mode again :> This one is okay, but yolu get access to too many packs too fast, why I didn't like the last WC that gave you all cards. I like being able to buy new packs every so often duel a few times, get new packs, learn the new cards, find a theme that might be fun like alien, or black feather or such. By feeding you the cards slowly over time it's much easier rather then, "Okay you have 5000 cards in a few hours, have at er."

Got this used for 20 bucks recently - I didn't know anything about Yugioh beyond the original anime from way back when and damn has it gotten confusing. Really enjoy wrapping my head around it so far, though - I'm really impressed by the sheer amount of content on offer here.
The last Yu-Gi-Oh video game I played was Yu-Gi-Oh! 7 Trials to Glory: World Championship Tournament 2005 for Gameboy advance.
U can change that quick play prompt to pro in the settings and it won’t ask if u wanna play cards u do everything yourself if u chance the settings to pro

Video was great. Pretty informative. I don't see myself picking this up and it's just the game itself. the anime got me interested and was fun to watch. But I just never got into any TCGs. I'm more fan of LCGs or Keyforge.

So why is it,that if they have the animations,they never make it where they hover over the cards,that is such a nice detail to not include it in these particular games,i love duel link but 2 issues i always had is,one altough having the creature bop up and down is cool,i would like something like Duel of the Roses monsters on the top of the cards but with this gameplay,and 2 duel links only 3 spaces and 3 spaces -.- that is always been my dream Yu-Gi-Oh for them to combine Legacy and Roses.
Had a different version with an op ass deck and now I’m trynna decide if a want to rebuy it I loved the other version but do I love it enough to rebuy it lol

Great review, I definitely hate those constant confirmation signs! Same reason why I stopped playing MTG Arena with the use of instants.
Vladlust TV i might be late to answer your comment but... you can hold the B button to stop prompts from occuring until you release it. That way prompts don't drive you mad like shown in this review

lol 2020 rules now you can summon extra deck cards like the old rules but you also can use the extra zone so essentially you get 6 monster zones

I summon a monster facedown and I set 2 cards I now end my turn
my enemy: I special summon my entire deck, I end my turn and I activate my monsters effect from graveyard.

ZEXAL WAS AWESOME in my opinion i think i like arc-v more but i'm not sure about 5ds yet i haven't seen GX and i kind of got bored of the original

I haven’t played since 1999 either. I’m having fun but I was a bit overwhelmed with all the new rules and card types. Not really a fan of the new stuff. Back in my day cards had one effect and that was it lol. And for the quick play annoyance, just hold the B button to avoid that prompt during gameplay.

cant even build a proper harpies deck in the game even though a cards effect says its always treated as a harpies lady it should not count towards the limit of 3 having a different printed name makes it a different card gives you away around the 3 copy a quotation effect should not have an affect on deck building thats printed on there so harpies pet dragon will get the power up the game needs to be updated to understand that the rule of 3 only applies to original printed name not the quotation printed effect that fixed that real life argument with re printed cards not only that people always use 3 copies of each variation of harpie in real life
