I really like the keeptruckin dashboard. Easy to check drivers logs, hours and truck locations.
The only downside is personal convince and driving edits. AG exemption are used with personal convince. Driving edits can't be edited. Not even switched for personal convince driving.
The customer service was really helpful with edits. Call them.

Hi. First step is to get you dot and Mc numbers. Then everyone has a 21 day waiting period. During that time you have to get your insurance on file for your authority to be active after those 21 days. Get ur IRP(which is your tag) and ifta. You have to enroll in a drug and alcohol consortium, file UCR, BOC 3. Have to have drive qualification files. And there are other forms you have to file depending on if you're running in state or out of state. Also get permits for NY OR kyu and nm if you plan on running those states

Hi thanks for you info, Verizon has ELD, waiting for equipment to arrive then Verizon will send a installer, $30 per month, all equipment & install free, GPS for trucks . If we wanted a dash cam with eld service $64. Hope this is news someone can use. March 2022

Went on the truckers forum and other driver's were saying as long as it's working it's great but if you have to call customer support and you don't speak Urdu then your going to have a hard time assuming you can even get someone on the phone they say.
With that being said the forum article was done at the end of 2019 so things might have changed since then.

I do not have a trucking company however I am starting a small courier service using cargo vans and box trucks. I’m exempt from DOT regulations. Would you still recommend this product?

The companies you drive should provide the ELD in their own trucks if they are required

My boss had a Dummy account on KT so we can drive around and it wont ask if we ran those miles and drive like 100 miles then turn on kT to get ahead without throwing a red flag if caught we could say we rescued the truck lol

KT/Motive still isn't compliant with Split Sleeper regulations.. it continues to show false violations after the first rest period and does not give you hos clocks back in full after taking the Second rest period. Every time I try to tell their support staff in Pakistan about it it goes absolutely nowhere!! ... I highly recommend against buying the keep trucking system it is horrible and their customer service totally sucks!!

Keep trucking is a scam the lock you into a 3 year or more contract and will not let you cancel.
I never had a contract
contracts are flexible 1,2 and 3 years plus its for your peace of mind cuz the prices and services gets locked for the whole contract period. Hope it helps ya
