  • Join me for an energizing 10-minute yoga flow for back flexibility. This stretching routine is a wonderful practice to incorporate into your everyday routine, especially if your spine feels stiff after sitting at a desk all day!
    This is an intermediate flow, and you may find some of the poses difficult to balance in during the twists (I know I do!). Feel free to make any modifications you need, including pausing or slowing down the video, using blocks or a wall for support, or skipping certain poses all together.
    You shouldn't be feeling any pain during these poses. If you feel anything more than gentle discomfort, gently pull out of the pose.

    This is the first time I have done yoga with you. It's a good flow. Although it's a bit confusing when you start with the left side when we're doing lunges. Most instructors start with the right side. Other than that, I enjoyed myself. Your voice is very pleasant to listen to.
