Fail to Comply with Order of Local Government - Emergency Management Activity (citation, carries no penalty) - everyone present was breaking the 7pm curfew issued by the sheriff.

JURY CHOSEN IN ONE DAY. 20 jurors have been selected in WI v. Kyle Rittenhouse. 9 men and 11 women. (8 are alternates)
Rittenhouse shot and killed Joseph Rosenbaum, 26, and Anthony Huber, 26, and injured Gaige Grosskreutz, 27. Prosecutors say that Rittenhouse, then 17 and from Illinois, was a vigilante looking for a fight. He, like other right-wingers, went to Kenosha, Wisconsin ostensibly to protect property. This happened as protests over police shooting local man Jacob Blake turned violent. Rittenhouse’s attorneys assert he was acting in self-defense. This case became a cause célèbre among conservatives.
Prosecutors have struggled in court, failing to introduce evidence of prior aggressive behavior. This included evidence showing him attacking a woman who was in an altercation with his sister. The other is that he was closely linked to the violent, far-right Proud Boys organization.
Kenosha County Judge Bruce Schroeder said an appellate court would reverse him if he allowed these in trial. The evidence was too prejudicial, he said. He left it up in the air whether he would allow footage showing someone identified as Rittenhouse discussing a Black man exiting a CVS pharmacy. Rittenhouse believed the man was shoplifting.

Why no arrests for the people burning 137 cars plus property damage

So he and his friend had been getting death threats because people thought that Grosskreutz had tried to kill Kyle and he goes out and says that his friend did indeed try to kill Kyle. And he claims to have done this to protect his friend, that makes literally no sense.

My impression is that he lied now to protect his friend from being in more problems from his own questioning during this trial. After getting backlash from a post he made online that he thought would get him and his friend clout. And I think Gaige likely did say it with all of the lies he was caught in himself. I also think he saw the post when it was up.

A teenager illegally carrying a weapon and taking justice into his own hands is the issue here. If we defend teens illegally playing police/emt…we’ll it’s a slippery slope. He murdered two people because he took justice into his own juvenile hands.

The prosecution's witnesses have lied about everything that isn't 100% provable by video evidence, remember, because gaige wasn't on camera actively chasing Kyle he completely denied that he was chasing Kyle.

If Gage DIDNT actually say those words, how did the roommate post such an accurate account?

I watched the video of Gaige's DWI and this clown was acting a fool the entire time. Figured I would watch his testimony and I wasn't disappointed.
Jacob was scared with all the social media reaction so he thought he would say something that would obviously enrage them more. He didn’t say “we are victims but we are armed and ready to defend ourselves”. He said something that seemed to make his friend appear as the aggressor and would anger supporters of Rittenhouse. It makes absolutely no sense and the reason it makes no sense is because he is lying now! I’m surprised just how bad this is… What utter crap 😂

In fact, it could've been a very effective tactic, because he's an 'explainer'(a witness who doesn't stick to yes or no, but goes into long winded explanation of his answers). He's already repeatedly said "I'd never been in any situation like that". So I almost guarantee he'd answer the question about being a liar with "yeah, I'd never been in any kind of situation like that", which kicks the door open for, "so, you could be lying in your testimony currently?" Of course he'd say "no, not at all,"(it'd be objected to, but sustained or overruled, it's been HEARD!)which the defense atty would then ask "well, have you ever been in a situation like THIS before? Testifying in a national murder trial?". Of course his answer is NO, at which point the atty can just say "No further questions", because he's cornered him. He's said he lied because he was in a novel, new, stressful situation & the atty just pointed out that's exactly what this court proceeding is to him, too. Thus, he's made the objective to the jury 'how do we know he's not lying right NOW? He's made it clear that's one of his go to reactions in "new", stressful situations.' And he does so without having to say that.
Goes without saying. The jury will see him as a liar.
This is court, not congress. You can't characterize your witnesses. That's unethical. Let the jury draw their own conclusion from the evidence presented

Have you seen some of their scary 90 second recaps of some of the trial days? Where they focus on the judge "berating" the prosecutor and making a joke? It's truly insane how they can skew things narrative and most Americans won't watch the whole trial so they'll take those recaps as gospel.

That 10 million went bye bye when he admitted he approached Kyle dropping his arms and pointed the gun at his head before he was shot. He forgot to mention his gun in 2 police interviews and then in his lawsuit also neglecting to tell them his license to carry a concealed weapon had expired. He refused to give officer his phone when a search warrant had been issued for it before the prosecutor told the officer not to search his phone.
And now he will be in debt for that suit he just bought for his appearance in court.

this is a red pilling trial. if you care enough to watch the trial recordings, you get red pilled. historically, this is the lowest point of "general population trust in the media" in American history. for some reason, that doesn't include social media because it's more spread out to be coming from other minor people and figures. so if you believe multiple like minded people, you develop that hive minded or herd mental state from it. if you're one of those, you believe that Rittenhouse was a murderer, a shooter with ill intent and malice, despite the facts. if you are now having doubts and second thoughts, you are being red pilled. red pilled because you are seeing the cold hard facts, you are seeing the participants blatantly lie to your face and you cannot ignore it. so what now? what else do you think the masses are lying about and are being ignorant about while those topics are being used politically? down the rabbit hole you go. Facebook cannot be trusted.
I wondered about the 1st person shot myself when I watched all this live. The others were cleanly self-defense.
After I reviewed videos of the first person Kyle shot. After finding some clean video, with a clear view, it was also clearly self-defense.
There were many cameras out there. I reviewed available videos that night and the next few days. Some were live stream, others were uploaded after the fact.
Watching some of these again, along with the FBI's video and a few others in the trial, I can't help but wonder why the prosecutor didn't bother to get a clear video of the view of Mr. Rittenhouse and the first guy he shot??? They were available. Seems he didn't do his due diligence.
Additionally, the state website indicates that Mr. Grosskreutz, the guy shot in the arm, hasn't held an EMT certification since 2017. He clearly mislead the jury if true, and it seems to be. It would seem from what I can piece together that he likely lost his EMT cert and his CCW when he was convicted of the crime he committed.
Additionally, Gaige Grosskreutz also stated that he was "an organizer", apparently for the riots, and with some organizations he admitted to "giving speeches to". That, under The Patriot Act, would classify Mr. Grosskreutz as a domestic terrorist.
I certainly wouldn't want him in my neighborhood.

Interesting too that all 3 of those people who were shot after attacking Mr. Rittenhouse, putting him in grave danger, were all 3 criminals.
This young man doesn't belong on trial as he wouldn't been found guilty even in California. And we have the most restrictive firearms laws in America.

Kyle Rittenhouse was legal to possess an AR-15 and to open carry it under the law. He couldn't legally carry a pistol. The prosecutor seemingly doesn't know the law.
Even in California, it used to be legal for an 8 year old to open carry. It may still be.
In Wisconsin, the age is clearly 16 years old to open carry, after reading the laws pertaining to legality of firearms and statutes referred to in those laws.
It seems Mr. Rittenhouse and his friends had read these same statues as well.
It seems the prosecutor doesn't like guns and doesn't seem to educate himself about them either, or he's simply got fake outrage...
I personally find it difficult to believe a prosecutor doesn't know the firearms laws, especially when it comes to pistols vs rifles. He did act like he was surprized to find out that someone under 18 can possess a rifle and not a handgun.
The prosecutor needs to be investigated, IMHO. Was he involved with the rioters? I wonder.

At about 10:40 he says he took his Facebook post down after he was harassed. So that implies the harassment wasn’t present until after he inserted himself into the online arguments.

He also forgot to renew his licence to carry a concealed license and his paramedic credentials look like they expired in 2017. He also has a felony, which I thought made it illegal to have a gun, is that the case there?

So if he was angry and scared about threats from Rittenhouse supporters why would he make a statement that would directly provoke those supporters. He obviously wasn’t intimidated enough. Also if he was trying to protect his friend and stick up for his vulnerable friend why would he envoke his name as saying something that would incriminate that very same friend. If he was trying to getting a point across and “defend” his friend he would more than likely have said “If I was there that night I would have emptied my mag into him” or “Gaige should have emptied his mag” instead he used a peculiar sentence format of “Gaige said” why go out of your way to say “Gaige said” if it wasn’t true. That’s a strange way to defend, stick up for, or help a friend. I would say that sentence “Gaige said” sells his friend Gaige down the river. I assume that’s exactly why he lied. It’s an obvious lie that I wish the defense would have tripped him up in.

Someone didn't do due diligence in investigating... also, Grosskreutz, according to the state website, was only a certified EMT in 2017. An EMT cert class is a single semester class.. it's not a difficult class. He spoke as if he was still an EMT or paramedic. He seemingly was not.
Paramedic school is a couple of years. There doesn't seem to be any evidence of Grosskreutz being a paramedic ever.
He may have lost his EMT bc ambulance companies and the state may have revoked both his EMT license and his CCW bc of his prior criminal conviction. He also said he was an "organizer". The FBI or PD or state police need to arrest Mr. Grosskreutz.
I also wonder if Mr. Grosskreutz was on probation??? If so, he certainly violated it in a number of ways. LE & the FBI need to look into his affiliate organizations as well.
