Why can't people understand that someone with bad intentions doesn't go to the trouble of verifying state laws to legally own a firearm? He didn't carry it back to Illinois and walk around with it. He set it up to stay within the laws of both states until he could legally own it in Illinois, where he lived, only 20 miles away, at age 18. Someone who just wanted to wreak havoc would have ignored all that and took the gun home to Illinois, but he left it in WI in his friend's name and only used it in WI where he legally could. People who just want to strut around with a gun don't do all that. He could have moved to WI and had his gun all the time if that was such a huge priority to him. It just wasn't. People in the 48 states cross state lines all day long to work and shop and visit because they live right on the state line. Populations are not exclusively in the middle of a state. There are cities that have a state line going thru them. He lived in one of those areas. A gung-ho white supremacist freak would have moved to be with his gun, dummies.

Mark Richard's is super likeable
Two minutes listening to this guy talk and it's safe to say this is the quintessential example of the difference between the two "sides"..... a genuine down to earth honest person, he just oozes of genuineness! Vs. the gross dishonesty of MSM and the dirty lying conniving Prosecutors, Binger and Lunch Pail. Getting rid of Lin Wood and the circus 🎪 he would have brought in lieu of a Wisconsin local, especially one with a strong local accent was HUGE!!
Wow, a real classy gentleman. Humble. I thought he was an haughty person, by the way, he appeared during the court proceeding.
I feel like you have to be that way as an attorney. Nothing compared to Binger though!!
I hope this Lawyer gets this young man a lot of money, Can't especially from Biden
He is a criminal defense attorney. He doesn't deal with civil issues.
He won't, but I have a feeling a few big time lawyers are going to go into a "bidding war" to represent him in the civil suits.
He needs to hire Nick Sandmans attorney
God Bless Kyle Rittenhouse! Hopefully he sues # 46 for defamation of character
Backdoor Binger and Lunch box both need disbarred
Lol. Backdoor binger and lunchhox. You're 💯 percent right tho
this dude seems really down to earth
Mark Richards, you are a true gentleman and patriot. Mark is an honorable man. The judge is a saint. He was so fair, strong and just in his actions. True justice.
If only Richards was an actual good defense attorney
@@TastyMeat8675 well he got Kyle released so he can’t be that bad
@@tribal_instincts ah yes, it’s so hard to get a kid who shot people who were trying to kill him acquitted.
@@TastyMeat8675 in a case that’s highly politicized where the judge and jury are being threatened and the city is about to burn down again while the media has convinced hundreds of thousands of people to be against Kyle? I’m impressed
@@tribal_instincts you shouldn’t be, if you knew even the slightest bit of law (which is the amount I know lmao) your know that what he did was subpar. Politicized or not, the dude missed a ton of good opportunities
I’m so worried about this child. This will affect him all of his days. I hope there is no backlash at his home…..
Yeah, that's gonna be a huge trauma anyway ... just seeing him shaking uncontrollably like that in the seconds before hearing "not guilty" broke my heart. Poor young man. Having to go through that trauma after being victimized already by those nihilistic criminals back in Kenosha...
@@exnihilonihilfit6316 Which ones, the ones on the street or the ones in the courtroom?
I wanna see a prosecutor interview
To Tony Nova:
Do you mean a prosecutor interview before or after he is "tarred & featherred"?😆😅🤣😂
I wanna see a Binger tried
@@dubsbarry9963 lol, "a Binger"
*Camera pans over a wide savana*
- "As you can see, a wild Binger is commenting on a defendants post arrest silence in front of a jury. He is practically begging to be crushed by a passing judge."
It was so hard to listen to him throughout though because of how rage inducing it was, but would love to see him in front of the cameras after it’s over to see if he’s the same.
I wanted to see Binger and Kraus' reaction to the verdict
Justice is served for Kyle. Jury and the Judge brought hope that the justice system is still working .
Brilliant Defence, thank God for this Lawyer and his retentive mind which played huge part in bringing clear facts to the Jury, enabling their Not Guilty decision for this young man.
Kyle is a very balanced young man. He has nothing to be sorry or ashamed of. He showed great restraint during the riots, the act and on the stand.
The sheer balls of this man. Hell yes.
Mark "Hard R" Richards, i salute you sir on a job well done. o7
He should have never been charged in the first place.
Kyle rittenhouse had more of a right to be at the 'riot' than the rioters had. It's as simple as that
Ya he worked there and his dad lived there. He was part of the community.
@Without Form Truth spoken well.
@Without Form Your right on every point. Unfortunately the ones with power control what people are told. Social media and right wing media like CNN & MSNBC should be made to pay for tearing the country apart.
Thank you Mark Richards! Your make light in this dark world with your work.
I hope they give him an applause at the Badgers game!
I like the way this lawyer said, "get rid of the first two lawyers."
Yeah, he doesn't pussyfoot around does he?
Mr. Richards, I admire your passion, honesty and directivness. You and your team did great! Go enjoy that Badgers game!!😀
Richards conducted himself like an absolute champion in this whole trial. A top class attorney.
Great man, good attorney, rare these days! Truth is his strength!
I'm glad Kyle "Double taps for MAPs" Rittenhouse got justice.
Double double tap, even.
My only problem with the defense team is that Mr. Richards didn’t let Corey Chirafisi speak more. Corey is a brilliant speaker and an absolute hammer. Aside from that couldn’t be happier for Kyle. Kid has his whole life ahead of him.
12:14 If everyone would just follow this one simple piece of advice, half the bad shit that happens in this world probably would never happen. Too many busy bodies poking their noses into other people's business.
Let's be clear Rittenhouse protecting his community from getting burned down is his business.
the protestors should follow this advice tbh..
@@nickwheeler1652 Go back even further than that. If the rioters would mind their own business then Rittenhouse wouldn't even be there.
@@Mr.M1STER true. But there are always Going to be a portion of the population that can be hypnotized. This billionaire class pushing it's agenda through the media.
So amazing the difference between what narrative that was put out by media vs the story that unfolded in court. It’s criminal how much the media spun it against Kyle with such big omissions especially the piece of film footage of Gaige Grosskreutz pointing the gun at him. How do they not put that out there in the beginning of this whole thing
God bless this attorney. Gives me hope for humanity.
Justice department to clean up the prosecutor office, this is why we fought for in 1776 a unjust system.
If ever I have the misfortune of being in a situation like kyle, I want this attorney defending me and I want that same prosecution trying to prosecute me.
Amen! Victory for WE THE PEOPLE. Despite the crooked DA, corrupt gov't corrupt media... the jury did not buy the propaganda. A small victory for us all.
The Khindri family owes Kyle an apology. They threw Kyle under the bus. Not surprisingly, CarSource has very LOW customer satisfaction data. Kyle was defending a sleazy used car lot run by dirtbags. My heart goes out to him but I have no respect for the Khindri Family.
Thank you, Mr. Richards and God bless 🙏🇺🇸
Thanks God for justice!
Yes!!
"We fought over who got to cross-examine Gaige Grosskreutz" lol
Believe me it was the right choice to let Mr. Corey go after him.
BELIEVE ME.
That was more entertaining than any Video Game I've played ever.
I honestly don't know how the Judge let Hitman in the room & sit on the Defense bench next to Mr. Richards.
I admire the judge also .. job well done.. justice in his courtroom was outstanding..
"I've never seen soo much made of soo little"
That is the best summary of Kyle's trial, we ALL had video evidence that he was acting in self defense, and yet this clown show still happened
A kick ass attorney.
Kyle is a national hero
SELF DEFENSE IS NOT A CRIME 🇺🇸🦅💯
Let's go brandon
If Kyle shouldnt have been there none of those violent arsonist rioting sphycopaths shouldnt have been there either.
God Bless America 🇺🇸
God Bless the U.S. Constitution & the Wisconsin Constitution
God Bless the Amazing Jury System
Well done Mark Richards! Thank God for the verdict of not guilty🙏 I Pray all the best for Kyle moving forward! Hope you have a nice break before your next case!❤🇺🇸🙏💯
I like this guys honesty.
He also said exactly what I said in another story.
Some people don't aim for the truth instead aim for the win.
How many looters from the night are in jail awaiting trial?
Not many probably
I love this guy
LOL him shitting on the media while being recorded by an NBC mic, you can see he had to try really hard to hold it together, pure gold
Love how he tried to go like "no, not you" by stating "social" media in particular, but we all know very well what he's referring to xD
😂😂😂😂⭐️⭐️⭐️😎😎😎😎
Verbose.
Mark Richards is Old School Attorney not all that flashy Media hype up mega millionaire BS.
Why Q&As like these do not do better as to the audio of the questioners is amazing. Some media covering this press interview were even worse than your media.
You would not risk the quality of audio to the answers, to try and get your question audio.

Mark Richards & Corey Chirafisi both are good humans beings
Kyle: “Im never will buddie up with local boogaloos again!!”.
People in Wisconsin should be proud to be Americans. The judge and the jury (Wisconsin Folks) are true Americans, and I would be proud if these folks were part of my community and, or state.
Very Good Job & Heartiest Congratulations to Mark Richards & Corey Chirafisi and their team for putting in the work and bringing the truth out to the public.
This case was very tricky & challenging for many different reasons.
They stuck with the truth without any prejudice.
It's obvious to anybody who actually watched the trial how hard they worked & how devoted they were to their clientele.
Good work Gentlemen. 👍👏
Karen's are in trouble with this not guilty verdict.
Just come to Louisiana and you will see.
Congrats to all the jury members for seeing truth and acting accordingly!! Bravo, you kept truth, freedom and the constitution safe for now from those that wish to bring it down!!!!
The justice was served. I thought the defense was too passive, but in the end that might have been the strategy all along to let the prosecution trip head over heels in their narrative, which they royally did. The closing argument by Mr Richards was very good.
Thank you Mr. Richard! You did an awesome job!
Not really, the dude just doesn’t know how to object. A 4 year old could’ve won the case for Kyle
Good job justice system. Screw the “woke agenda” followers. This issue of race is this case is completely ludicrous to the point that it is trite and irrelevant.
.
Straight up, Mark Richards is one Cool, Alpha Lawyer who did a unbelievably great job defending Kyle.
If you believe this was the wrong verdict, get better news sources and stop believing bullshit headlines.
That’s what I call JUSTICE!💯🙌🏻
This is a true man
The system works, god bless Kyle and his wonderful defense. Justice prevails. Get on with your life, Kyle. You did good. :)
The defendant was presented by Vince and the prosecution had Adam Sandler look alikes 🤣
I wish he was a little more aggressive in his examinations and closing arguments. Really hit home to the jury but thank God the jury decided correctly! 🙏🏽❤️ So happy for Kyle. He should move far away from these looneys and start a new life but don’t forget to sue everyone you can Kyle!! 😂
I wonder if the families of those that tried their best to kill Kyle feel remorseful or even care?
He was a fair judge.
Kyle fought the media and he fought haters, lies, and he stood for the Constitution, and most of for his life!
