- Thanks for watching in this video I am putting in a bigger and better amp in my wife's car. She is going from 1,200watts rms to 3,000watts rms. The difference is wild and the gains on the amp isn't turned up at all.

We ain’t got no money like that . I felt that . Bro run a 100 watt fuse between the battery and amp . My shit caught on fire because I ran no fuse like you .
taramps recommend 200 amp fuse for that amp
is it technically safer to run a smaller fuse? i never knew i have all stock power and the same subs. a ct sounds 1500 w a 100amp fuse but it recommends a 150 amp fuse that i have coming should it make any difference?
these fucking subs too in my honda accord made my review mirror fall off and it deadass cracked my windshield too

Are the power connector holes 0 guage capiable? I just bought one myself. I haven't installed it yet. I just upgraded from the taramps hd3000.1 to the smart 3k . And from the 12" sdr's to the 12" EVL'S 😊😊 MAN those things are SEXY!!!
Hey man in stead of that clip light indicator that comes with the smart 3, would a aftermarket bass knob with the clip indicator on it work with that amp? I know ds18 makes one and a couple others that makes one but I can't tell if the amp has a phone jack style connection like other amps were you could add a bass knob if you wanted to. You need the rca bass knob. The phone jack port is just for the clip indicator

I got 2 Skar Audio 12 EVLs in a qbomb box running off of the Skar Audio RP-2000.1D amplifier with a SK-BT45 1250 Watts Battery and it pounds but not how I want it too, I like the subs but was wondering do I need upgrade the amp & battery and what to upgrade them too
The evls can take a little more than that 2k bro. So yeah a amp upgrade would help. Me personally I would put at least a 3500watt or 5k amp on them

I run taramps and never had a problem with them. But idk bro go on d4S and check out his selection of batteries if you have the cash just get a lithium and be done with it

It's always best to gon upgrade your electrical bro. It takes power to make power so if your able a battery upgrade in the front and rear of the car would be a great start.

I have same amp. Its power hungry. Reviews it cuts off time to time due to not enough electrical. I have a brand x 250 and xsd3400 in back and stays above 14 and lights do t dim 1 bit
How's this amp holding up? I got two skar svr 10s on a skar 1500 and that amp is pretty terrible. Thinking about getting this amp for them and possible getting two more 10s to add to my other two

It holds up pretty good bro those amps do rated at 12v so as long as you can hold voltage above 12.5 or 12.6 you'll be good bro. And yes it's on stick electrical

So, the first thing you need to do is run extremely low bass through the subwoofer at moderate volume for about 15 to 20 minutes. Ease into it. Let the woofer get warmed up and cycling. Don't try and take a subwoofer out of the box, any manufacturers, and turn it right up to 10. Give it some time to loosen up

@@BassAddict91 quick question, I've been looking at the smart 3k for like over 6 months now lol, and if it does 3k on 1 or 2 ohms, as you get box rise and your ohms fluctuate, will it still push 3k consistently if your wired at 1 ohm, but rise into the 2 ohm area?
