  • Because each Chakra has a unique vibrational frequency, These frequencies can interact with the vibration frequencies that are created when playing a singing bowl. with Mantra and Mundra help deeper in Chakra balancing with singing bowls and restore a “harmonious flow of energy” to the chakra system in a natural and calming way. I would suggest doing it at least 3 times a week. I hope this helps.

    have you tried 136,1 Hz sacred frequency from Hinduism ? ... you can also try higher octaves of this frequency 136,1 * 2 or *4 or *8

      @@vipassana72 yes it is Brahma, he is in our Univers in the highest realm ... but there are gods beyond our universe like Vishnu, Shiva and Devi.

      @@zoranznidaric4518 As a novice Buddhist I can't see how a practice that denies the existence of a creator god can worship deities. I know the Hindu Devi as Tara who is a female bodhisattva in Buddhism (an actual person who learned, taught, then led others to liberation). I must admit that as a new Buddhist follower I have a hard time with praising deities. My attraction to Buddhism was its atheistic quality and belief in a common spirituality among all living beings.

      @@zoranznidaric4518 what is the relevance? this life is drawn to a form of Buddhist teaching. A central tenant of Hinduism is believing in a creator god. the design of one creator god via mankind is illusion, and if rigorously followed can encourage delusion.
      we need actual lived reality. human effort. people of great compassion we can flow with the truth of.
