My morning go to. What a way to start the day. Meditation, bowls, on a stair stepper looking out my window seeing beautiful green trees grass hearing the birds. Drinking a green smoothie. Renewing my commitment of love to myself every morning by caring for my mind body and soul. You see, I do this for myself because so many have done the opposite to me and I believed them.and I combat those voices everyday. Hey, I’m winning. I want to escape to nowhere but I say just do one more thing positive. And then another. Pretty soon the day is over and I lovingly have praise myself . I love my life. I created it despite the ugly voices. The more we do the better it gets. Gratitude gratitude gratitude. Love where you are to get to where you can be. You don’t even have to know what that is just know nothing better will come if we don’t care for our selves. Nothing’s perfect but sometimes little improvements create dramatic results. 💗

This is really strange, I started involuntary crying and I felt a huge release. Tbh I’m not even into this eastern chakra stuff but this was no doubt powerful and affected me on a physical level for sure.
So, you don't close your eyes? A lot of the meditation vids instruct to close your eyes, yet they have wonderful, beautiful images changing during the session. I wondered why the bothered doing that with the listeners' eyes closed. I might do another session with eyes open. Namaste...
Eyes should be closed because the energy gets generated and it should not go out from eyes..it should move in body..hence eyes should be closed while meditation

The first time I listened to this it was at my normal volume. I just put it up to just below the point my speakers could handle and it made all the difference. I've gone from hearing the sound coming from my speakers to hearing it internally and feeling the vibrations in my head. I highly recommend listen to this as loud as you can handle.
I find using headphones works wonderfully. Not only does it help block out external noises but it seems to reach right into my being and have a much more profound effect.
Did anyone else notice this causes an uncomfortable feeling in the chakras that are unbalanced? It gets more pleasant though as he tunes them..incredible.

I've been riddled with severe anxiety for years often unable to articulate my words and speak my mind. I felt the throat chakra the most. Went right from my ears down to my throat. I have a sluggish thyroid and trouble speaking up for myself. Must be needed.
Please for your thyroid try either black walnut tincture or lugol's iodine which I have heard a lot of good things about. By the way , do you listen to this with headphones or without... if you have tried both which do you feel gave you better results... do you still listen to it
@@piglet392 to be honest with you originally I was doing very little.. The Dropper full was not big it's not a big bottle.. it only cost me about $9.. I started out doing to droppers and believe it or not maybe one dropper every 3 weeks but then I skipped several months actually I went longer than that and couldn't figure out why I had energy and felt so good given that I have pernicious anemia and always always have to do the sublingual vitamin B12.. I used to get the shots.. then when I found out that somebody said black walnut tincture has iodine in it I realized that must be what's making such a huge difference.. recently I decided to do more and I don't think it's one of those things that can hurt you if you do several droppers full in one day occasionally maybe once a month twice a month... and how you'll know it's helping is you'll get weird throbbing pains in your throat sometimes it was hurting
@@piglet392 oh I didn't see where you said the word " both "... as for the silver one or two dropperfuls.. but not the kind of silver that is a brownish or orangey color.. it must be clear liquid... the ones with the dark color have synthetic sulfur in them and that is why they are called sulfa drugs... they are bad for you and the body has trouble getting rid of that product and it tends to congregate around the part of the iris closest to the pupil... it will turn that part orangey.. mine used to be yellowish and it has a little bit of a orange and it which I really hate.. I think some of it has been coming out because I detoxed with bentonite clay and warm water one must drink a real lot of fluids when doing this same thing with chlorella and spirulina as well as diatomaceous earth or neem powder... all of those are wonderful healers and key leaders but they tend to dry the skin and body and so you have to really drink a lot of fluids but I feel that coconut water gives the best results and makes the skin on the face look nice and plump

I've been so stressed out lately with work and driving long hours . I get home and take a Valium. Here in America you take a pill for what is bothering you . I've been looking for something natural since I don't like putting chemicals in my body. okay so i just realized one thing, while meditating with this video playing in the background, my hands start to feel warm. Its very cold where i live rn so most of the time my hands are cold as ice but while meditating my hands automatically start to feel very warm. INTERESTING!

And then I put on the video for my friend without saying what happened to me and he said he got the same feeling just a lot more in the head area
The first time I listened to this it was at my normal volume. I just put it up to just below the point my speakers could handle and it made all the difference. I've gone from hearing the sound coming from my speakers to hearing it internally and feeling the vibrations in my head. I highly recommend listen to this as loud as you can handle.

I felt the throat chakra the most. Went right from my ears down to my throat. I have a sluggish thyroid and trouble speaking up for myself. Must be needed.
Please for your thyroid try either black walnut tincture or lugol's iodine which I have heard a lot of good things about.
By the way , do you listen to this with headphones or without... if you have tried both which do you feel gave you better results... do you still listen to it

@@piglet392 to be honest with you originally I was doing very little.. The Dropper full was not big it's not a big bottle.. it only cost me about $9.. I started out doing to droppers and believe it or not maybe one dropper every 3 weeks but then I skipped several months actually I went longer than that and couldn't figure out why I had energy and felt so good given that I have pernicious anemia and always always have to do the sublingual vitamin B12.. I used to get the shots.. then when I found out that somebody said black walnut tincture has iodine in it I realized that must be what's making such a huge difference.. recently I decided to do more and I don't think it's one of those things that can hurt you if you do several droppers full in one day occasionally maybe once a month twice a month... and how you'll know it's helping is you'll get weird throbbing pains in your throat sometimes it was hurting
@@piglet392 oh I didn't see where you said the word " both "... as for the silver one or two dropperfuls.. but not the kind of silver that is a brownish or orangey color.. it must be clear liquid... the ones with the dark color have synthetic sulfur in them and that is why they are called sulfa drugs... they are bad for you and the body has trouble getting rid of that product and it tends to congregate around the part of the iris closest to the pupil... it will turn that part orangey.. mine used to be yellowish and it has a little bit of a orange and it which I really hate.. I think some of it has been coming out because I detoxed with bentonite clay and warm water one must drink a real lot of fluids when doing this same thing with chlorella and spirulina as well as diatomaceous earth or neem powder... all of those are wonderful healers and key leaders but they tend to dry the skin and body and so you have to really drink a lot of fluids but I feel that coconut water gives the best results and makes the skin on the face look nice and plump

I've been so stressed out lately with work and driving long hours . I get home and take a Valium. Here in America you take a pill for what is bothering you . I've been looking for something natural since I don't like putting chemicals in my body.
