Great Recipe thanks so much for sharing!! Going to make this recipe for tonight's dinner, I'll update after dinner tonight. Of course will be putting my family's spin on it. I'm thinking mix sweet potatoes and regular potatoes in the mix and chicken stock instead of water and put less in as I feel that's a little more liquidy then we'd like, and then near the end top with shredded cheese.
Years later and I'm still not used to cooking for just two people, so now I'm turning leftovers into freezer meals. Thanks for sharing :)
