Who knew that "Seek Discomfort" meant to stop running forward and to stand still for a moment in time, and let the feelings catch up with you. It sounds like a beautiful and painful gift you gave yourself, to let something so successful go in the name of finding something far more precious: yourself. What a gift you're giving us by letting us in on your journey. I'm inspired by it.

Seeking discomfort isn't always about the exciting adventures.
Sometimes discomfort finds you first and the hardest thing is to just live day to day without struggels, no matter how amazing live seems from the outside.
Seems like you have some pretty amazing friends. You guys are truly an inspiration
I don’t know why I’m crying so much. The vulnerability, sincerity, the way Matt talks about the struggles, memories and the incredible bond and brotherhood, and that soon he will leave. I guess all these these things. I guess because it’s Matt. He has this effect on people.
I will never understans grown men, working and building something solid, walking away to find themselves, walking away from friendship, brotherhood, a booming business, a fun life, like what?
I have obv never experienced anything like this but it just seems crazy
When i binge watched you many times, i thought you were having the best life with your best friends, travelling the world, having fun and laughing all the time. Not to mention how good looking and gentleman you are. You had everything i have wanted but i now understand everyone has their own struggles and thank you for talking about it honestly. Thank you so much for the candor and heart you put into this video. I am a writer as well but poetry, and I tried prose several times before but it never was on the same level as my poetry, so not only finishing your book is impressive, but pushing on and finding a new direction when you thought you wanted to stop, and then after that victory stepping up to heal those relationships, is beyond words.
