    Hi ladies and gents,
    Wow wow wow.
    DECEMBER 3RD IS SO CLOSE.
So crazy to think about. So surreal that the launch day is nearly here.
If you want to take advantage of the preorder bonuses like our Live Q&A, raffle to join the launch party in LA, and signed copies, then make sure to preorder at www.seekdiscomfort.com/book before November 25th.
If you’ve already ordered or supported in any way, I FREAKING LOVE YOU.
    Okay, now to the podcast.
This is one of my best friends. You know him from our videos. This year Staffan Taylor became a full-time host and member of Yes Theory.
He embodies the Yes Theory philosophy more than anyone I’ve ever met.
There’s so much in this conversation that Staffan and I have never shared that will remind anyone watching and/or struggling that they are not alone and things will get better.
    Alrighty, that’s enough from me.
    Enjoy the pod!
    Love ya,
    Matt

Hey guys! Thank you for watching this episode with our ultra light beam, Staffan!
We noticed the glitch in the intro and wanted to apologize. It only last for a few moments, so no worries on it happening during the episode. :)
    Enjoy!

Hi Matt! Always a pleasure to watch the podcasts.. Got me thinking.. since you are planning on leaving the Yes Theory, and you have been asking your self on whats next.. I Believe that you are such a great Story teller and a Podcast Host.. So articulated! Why don't you pursue that full time! I mean You could invite really inspiring people onboard have a great conversation with them! meanwhile we as your the community can enjoy deep insights into human philosophy! I believe that we are living in a time that the world could use more positivity and inspiring content, and Yes Theory has become a gold standard in terms of that in some ways.. But I would personally love to see more from you going forward! I hope that you put some thoughts in to this! Take care, Sending love brother!

I just want to say Matt that these podcasts you're doing are so incredibly honest, transparent, and full of sincerity and connection. I really don't think I've ever heard anything like that -- people just talking about pain and love in a really sincere way, not trying to hide anything but also not being preachy about the lessons you learned. Some of the things you guys said resonated so deeply and it felt like things I really needed to hear right now. Thanks for sharing these thoughts and feelings with the world!

@@hackercoolio I was just thinking the same thing! I would LOVE a podcast with Matt on whatever schedule he'd like where we just cover topics on mental health, friendship, growth, etc with different rotating guests.

I so wish I had these podcasts when I was younger. My life would be very different. At age 64, I feel very lost and alone. So much of what you discussed I felt as a teenager. Life events have brought me to where I am at today, isolated and searching. I have been questioning everything about my life; the people, places and things I let define me. I am watching this conversation and it has me reflecting on my life. I realized I am lonely and haven't found my tribe or community. Not even sure where to begin. These podcasts have given me the insight to look deeper. Thanks for giving me the space to write this and the insight to find my “why”.

You both are so inspiring and so incredibly important. And here I am again crying. Might be because I am suffering so tremendously at this moment. But thank you for sharing.
And Staffan, I am so proud of you, for everything really - and as a Swede myself, knowing how we (Swedes in general) tend to be so cold and reserved. I thank you for your warmth and openness. You both are amazing - never stop being you.

Thank you both for this amazing interview. I relate deeply to all of this, especially with Stefan’s family addiction history.
My father took his own life when I was only 7 years old, and my mom has struggled my whole life with alcoholism. It has shaped me into the man I am today, someone who loves and cares deeply for others in this world. To be able to bring soo much light into this world through our own darkness is truly the greatest gift we can bring.
I hope to meet you guys one day, you inspire me in ways I can’t explain in words.
YesTheory is the greatest group I have ever come across!! Thank you guys soo much for what you do 💙💙💙💙💙

You boys! Such an amazing talk, you are both amazing, inspiring and loving! It feels so crazy and as a gift to connect with such people like you even despite the distance. Matt, I love you, Staffan, I love you. I resonated with your stories a lot. And I’ve been one of those type of people that haven’t felt like I belong - many times, many places through my life. Its only in the last years (I’m 35 now) that I have truly been creating my own life path trusting my inner guidance. Not been easy, everyone has their own opinions etc. And Staffan - its so heartfelt to hear someone else talk about one’s compass and trusting it. That is my path and way as well.
Thank you both amazing souls and human beings! ❤️‍🔥🙏🏾 Love Yes Theory group!

Even before Staffan mentioned about the spark and sun, I knew Staffan is like a bright sun shining in the team since I saw Yes theory videos. I very much relate to his character, his own experiences. Staffan is a sensitive, kind and detailed person at the core, as he navigate through different methods to cope with past hurts. But after sinking even deeper, losing one's own identity, he started to think about purpose and life goals and his identity and soul. Even thinking a thousand times about one's own past or trying to reason what's wrong with it, you can only realise that the past is the past and nothing you do can change the past. People say everything happen for a reason, but not everything can be known and explained especially an incident from the past. Although the past is clearly engraved into our minds, the present is very powerful as it unlocks the future. The past can't be escaped and the only way to free oneself from the hurts and find happiness is to ultimately accept and let go. No matter how you try to change who you are as person, run from yourself, deep down, you are still who your soul really speaks of and it has a way of finding its way back to you. You cant hide from yourself what you feel and think beneath. And, I realise in my experiences, you can only truly become extraordinary by wearing your own soul, where your purpose really comes alive and you achieve that purpose because Im XX and Im myself and its me that others see. It will lead you to your destiny. Because of the events that happened to him in the past, he learnt to use his sincerity to uncover many others' unmet needs and aim to bring the best out of others. Even Staffan may smile when talking about his painful experiences, I believe it still will bring tears on the inside. I admire that he is brave and courageous to face them and find the route that suits him. And, I totally agree and resonate with the part when he says " when people have spark in their eyes, go for that". If I ever found someone in life like that, I'll never let them go, friend or lover.
