(luckily I put in some requests and phone calls and got what I needed after the fact) So I had to take a bus from JBLM, WA to South Mississippi and it was a hell of a long ride. Luckily for me though, it was me and 10 other people or so and it was a hole shot bus ride with no other pick ups or drop offs. The bus driver stopped frequently for snacks and bathrooms and even did homework ahead of time and looked up popular spots on the way and asked if there was any of them we wanted to take a detour and visit them for an hour or so on the way. Because at the end of the day, he is stuck on the same nightmare ride that we are. It was quite enjoyable considering. It was a "premium" ride with overnight hotel stays and all of that but there was no flights for like a week and this was cheaper than any flight + hotel I would have needed until the flight at the time and I wouldn't trade it for the world. Back in June 2018, I flew out from California from Massachusetts to see my girlfriend who was out there for a 3 month internship. We took a bus from San Luis Obispo to San Francisco to see my uncle. On the bus, we met a guy named Ethan. We spent the trip talking about the west coast vs. the east coast. 2 years later, we are still friends!
Princess was so sweet and had such awesome, happy vibes🌺😍 I hope she’ll achieve her amazing dreams and become successful. That sounded cringey but I meant it anyways haha.💕✨
EXACTLY what I was thinking the whole time!!! It looked like they were the main ones talking and being loud, plus they had the lights and the camera, I would have went off on them. It's really disrespectful of the people's privacy too, since I doubt they asked the people they zoomed in on if they would mind being in the video for "comedic" effect.
pizza slice There was that lady who kept on arguing with that dude during the ride too lol, I bet the rest of the bus wanted to throw all of them off 😂
This brought back so many memories of running across America and living on the road last year, meeting people who were all so different from one town to the next. The kindness and the randomness of the strangers you meet and the vastness that is never explored in-between. Its what makes America beautiful.
This made me realise how many people were doing it because they couldn't afford a flight. So what would be cool would be to go to a bus station like these, find a worthy stranger and fly them to their destination - and if time is saved fill those spare hours with adventures
I can’t, when they stopped in Georgia that was such a Georgia thing to happen with people yelling lmao “Y’all sounds like y’all from England or something” I love her omg😭
What a fab episode. Looks like you guys actually had fun lol. Great to see you interacting with your fellow passengers, people who you would never have ever met without this experience x
There are a couple absolute certainties when it comes to riding greyhound: Every single stop, no matter where it is, you can find a passenger smoking weed somewhere, and if you stop in Atlanta for more than an hour, you're guaranteed to see a naked crackhead. Hell, the last time I went through Atlanta, I went out to smoke a cigarette, and watched a police officer passing a blunt with a passenger as a butt naked woman on drugs danced in the street and begged for money.
Sometimes it's not. Going cross country via train two years ago was (I think) $40 cheaper than flying, and I got to see places I've never seen before. (Arizona and New Mexico were beautiful!)
I did this across Canada 15 years ago immediately after graduating high school. I can definitely relate. You really do become a family on the bus. Also you become a zombie after the first 36hrs. Its also an experience I highly recommend to people. Its surprisingly cheap, you'll see a whole bunch of your country, and its something you'll never forget!

i love how this is very inspirational, mental touhgness n stuff and the zac and jay show version is pure chaos
Plot twist: they didn't piss a single time in this trip
Johnredcorn 1 the only way that would be possibly is to not eat or drink anything unless you pee your pants and give your body enough room lol
There is toilets on the buses
Lol
Hey so my friend is selling one of those SEEK DISCOMFORT denim jackets on ebay. the ones that are hand signed btw if anyone is interested lmao
*Matt singing happily*
Thomas: “Oh it’s Matt”
*Devilish look spreads across Thomas’ face*
nothing says America quite like crossing a state line and starting a "USA" chant
So colorado is usa for them
It's called patriotism. If you don't like it I wouldn't suggest whining about it in the comments because it makes you look like a weak punk.
@@Super_Boa he didnt whine about it, you're just being a little bitch about it. It was funny
@@Super_Boa alright, don't get your knickers in a twist
@@bburg8150 It seems you want attention, here you go bud. No gold sticker this time though.
I want to see more Brandon. I hope he got his 18 wheeler license (:
“you wouldn’t get this in the UK” yeah cause the UK is like the size of florida lol
"you wouldn’t get this in the UK", unless you ride with British Rail
i think that UK comment was actually referring to the buses always being late here, lol
You obviously haven’t been in northern rail my good fellow
You obviously haven’t been on northern rail my good fellow
It’s actuslly closest in size to Oregon if I’m not mistaken as the uk is 96,000 square miles and Oregon is around 94,000 square miles I believe.
I aspire to have that level of nothingness in my life so that I can travel on a bus with no care of tomorrow for 3.5 days
Wierd flex. You do realise they are getting paid for doing this.
They should rename this "Assho*** on a bus." jmo
@kellar J I wasnt necessarily comparing myself to them but rather implying that to me, nothingness would most probably make me do such a thing
"Yay we have made it to Seattle"
*Takes another 84 hour bus ride back*
Back in June 2018, I flew out from California from Massachusetts to see my girlfriend who was out there for a 3 month internship.
We took a bus from San Luis Obispo to San Francisco to see my uncle. On the bus, we met a guy named Ethan. We spent the trip talking about the west coast vs. the east coast. 2 years later, we are still friends!
I love how that they befriended that random girl
Princess was so sweet and had such awesome, happy vibes🌺😍 I hope she’ll achieve her amazing dreams and become successful. That sounded cringey but I meant it anyways haha.💕✨
I love how they keep shouting USA when none of them are actually American
Letícia Mourão that’s what makes America great
Wdym?
Letícia Mourão that’s what America does to you
@@jonidakuqi541 despite what others might tell you, you don't have to be from here to be American.
@@BadHombreDaniel say that to trump
They should walk the longest road from south Africa to the north of Russia
They would die
I think they could do it
There was some guy walking around the world on RUclips here somewhere. Amazing what people will attempt.
They would get murdered 100%
They gonna walk all the way through the Sahara?
They captured the culture of Greyhound perfectly.
The real hell is to be in the same bus with these guys for 84 hours.
even though i really enjoy their content...i'm gonna have to agree it would suck if i was a stranger next to them
EXACTLY what I was thinking the whole time!!! It looked like they were the main ones talking and being loud, plus they had the lights and the camera, I would have went off on them. It's really disrespectful of the people's privacy too, since I doubt they asked the people they zoomed in on if they would mind being in the video for "comedic" effect.
pizza slice There was that lady who kept on arguing with that dude during the ride too lol, I bet the rest of the bus wanted to throw all of them off 😂
@@iKickItLykeAdidas Well they blurred out the man snoring at least and it looks like they had Princess' mom's permission.
Noisy youtubers... you are creating YT content, but that doesn't give you the right to screw the trip for your fellow travelers.
This brought back so many memories of running across America and living on the road last year, meeting people who were all so different from one town to the next. The kindness and the randomness of the strangers you meet and the vastness that is never explored in-between. Its what makes America beautiful.
Corner To Corner this is from forest gump
@@justin.e.s4121 What is from Forest Gump?
@@cornertocorner5074 running across America is ^^
@@argotanna8463 It's also what I did last year :)
This made me realise how many people were doing it because they couldn't afford a flight. So what would be cool would be to go to a bus station like these, find a worthy stranger and fly them to their destination - and if time is saved fill those spare hours with adventures
Princess’ laugh was so precious!
I can’t, when they stopped in Georgia that was such a Georgia thing to happen with people yelling lmao
“Y’all sounds like y’all from England or something” I love her omg😭
Lol I live in Georgia that's so true
I just love how one minute everyone's trying to sleep and the next minute "WE'RE IN F****** COLORADO! WOOOOO"
He said "Legal fucking marihuana
What a fab episode. Looks like you guys actually had fun lol. Great to see you interacting with your fellow passengers, people who you would never have ever met without this experience x
i like how u guys get along so well, no arguments just pure love and loyalty for each other, Respect 👍
this Ironman joke is one of the funniest things in yes theory history
i like how they just end up adopting a little black girl halfway through the bus ride
“Why did you stab that guy”
*Londoness intensifies*
What, you egg?
Oh shut up. There’s only a few a day!
Mario García Pérez ah the famous Shakespeare quote “you egg”
Shanking is our culture
The worst part is that it probably costs more than a plane ticket.
Less carbon emissions per person though
Fatpanda as if thats worth it
Sometimes it's not. Going cross country via train two years ago was (I think) $40 cheaper than flying, and I got to see places I've never seen before. (Arizona and New Mexico were beautiful!)
Its around $200
@@emilypadden6406 Flights from Seattle to Miami are about $119 and bus tickets are about $175
The netherlands be like: max 3 hour drive and you are in another country
I took the train from Den Helder to Maastricht once. It took me 4 hours and 20 minutes.
@@Stevenverx he did say drive.
@@scorpioninpink I am not saying he is wrong? I just gave an example how long it would take to take the train
Steven Verx 🤣🤣🤣🤣
try singapore lmao it’s a 30 minute drive
I did this across Canada 15 years ago immediately after graduating high school. I can definitely relate. You really do become a family on the bus. Also you become a zombie after the first 36hrs. Its also an experience I highly recommend to people. Its surprisingly cheap, you'll see a whole bunch of your country, and its something you'll never forget!
