    Did you just upload this today? I just clicked on it out of mild curiosity but all the effects that you mention from these exercises happen to be things I want / have been struggling with lately! Activating my hamstrings? Getting better with heels? Toning the bottom? Count me in!

    I usually walk 1 mile actively a day (more throughout the day eith work but specially in the gym 1 mile on the treadmill) should I stop doing that ? what about the stairs machines should I stop doing that too?
