I actually just recently detailed the interior of my bosses, tractor; idk about you but I had a hard time moving around in that thing to get every nook and cranny! Love your videos!
Thank you yeah it was really really difficult to get the whole cab esp down by the gas pedal and that while lower right side, total back strainer getting in there lol
ugh Bob you are killing me with these vids, everyone in my neighborhood thinks im crazy when i wash and detail my lawn mower with your products, now you're washing tractors
i wash and detail tractors at a john deere dealership, the interiors can be a pain but the drivers seat pivots. the thing i hate the most is the amount of glass to be cleaned
Love the vids dude, products look amazing! Unfortunatly as i’m in Scotland, UK they are a bit far away from me but the videos are great and it’s amazing to see products focussed at industry vehicles instead of cars all the time. Keep up the great work!!
Awesome job! We own a couple of JD tractors. Only thing I would have done different is completely taken out the floor mat in the cab and vacuumed underneath. It is pretty easy to take out and a ton of dirt and grime gets caught under it.
Finally a tractor getting detailed. I’ve been waiting to see one of these videos. Do the products work a lot better with soft water?? We only have well water out the farm and was wondering how well water works with the products.
Works much much much better with soft water especially with water spots. The soft water helps with the soaps and stuff he uses. Much better for stripping road grime etc.
One piece of advice. Be very careful pressure washing anything with a zerk fitting for grease. Getting a bunch of water in whatever is meant to be lubricated is generally no bueno. Just make sure the customer shoots some grease into all of the points after a wash to make sure that all the water gets pushed out and everything that's meant to be slippery stays slippery.
I'd get a small ladder when doing the initial rinse, go from top of cab to bottom and do the rinse in sections. The dirt at the end basically blew back into what ya had just rinsed when ya did the 2nd coat so as your rinsing, get all that dirt and other stuff wayyyyy away from what your planning to rinse to avoid cross contamination and have a better outcome on the detail. Cheers!
You think that’s dirty!! I’ll bring you my 2 trucks, my tractor and my trailer. If you like dirty. I’ll give you good content. Love your videos. Never miss a single one. Hopefully you’ll get to do my stuff someday
Awesome! Have you tought about the pre rinse being one color and the neutralizer another? It would be pretty visual to know where you still need to apply. I don't have a truck and wash my cars by hand, but found your channel and I am really liking your videos.
I love your videos and your love of clean vehicles...im always trying to talk you tube truckers to come by your shop to get the best detail ever ...keep up the good work ...what town in Mass are you in anyhow ???
Open all the widows and use a leaf blower first on the tractor. Then hit it with a two inch pump sprayer. Saved you slot of time. Gotta have a two inch water cannon on the farm. It’s really a waste of time to do any more than that on a tractor. Pressure wasters are bad to blow water into things that don’t need to be wet, like bearings, and electrical parts. We we just leaf blow the trash off,to prevent fires. Things that get too greasy we wash off with diesel.
Hey Chem-X, do you have any tips on washing around grease areas on a machine? And anybody in the comments if it would affect the machine if I washed any grease away?
Love itttttt man!!!! That is one kleen Deere👌 I'm literally surrounded by farm fields... There's not a day that goes by when there's not a tractor or some kinda farm equipment that doesn't drives buy the house.. every one of them are soooo dirty.. ( especially during harvest 😳😬) one of these days I'm gonna stop one of them and have a little talk😁😎
Can you show us what the difference hoses are for in your shop? I know you made a video about the pressure washers but like the stuff hanging and all that
I work at a tractor/excavator shop washing them. i was wondering how i could improve with my work almost the same i picked up a few more thing's from this vid thanks.
As a mobile detailer I wanna find a way of doing maintenance details touch free, Bilt Hamber Touchless gets 98% of dirt off but can’t remove traffic film, no matter the car/coating it will need a hand wash to be truly clean. I’m wondering if stars & stripes is okay for every 2 weeks/month on waxed cars or if it’s too aggressive for anything that isn’t a semi or tractor? I only have a kranzle 1622 in my van, is ~1200 PSI strong enough to really get it perfectly clean? It would be such a game changer for my business
The two steps is for getting the traffic film shocked loose it’ll come off good, they will wear out standard waxes over time, ceramics or sio2 sealant holds up perfect tho, fine on clear coat as well. The psi you have would work it would just take a bit more time to do a good job
Just curious on when you guys are restocking with the touch less kit? Is there anything I can subscribe too to get notification and update on products? I like your products, Everything looks like top quality. I will definitely be a returning customer. Is there any way to pre order the touch less foam kit?
My friend is starting a business of industrial machines like that, I would like to give him a help aometimes, what personal tools could I need to start without him feeding me materials. What types of brush, how many ? Cloth, what type ? Tordanor seems a must do you any more recommendations ?
This touchless washing stuff is pretty neat! But, hypothetical question: What would happen if someone used only Stars OR Stripes, and then washed it off, never using both as intended?
Not as good by a long shot, the pH shock of the acid and then base neutralize on top of each other and get rid of the road film. You then you rinse it off about 6in to 12in from the surface and no farther.
@@dougkratz5269 Of course, but my primary curiosity here is also if there is potential for damage to paint/surfaces/clear coat from improper procedure? Let's say someone is washing something, and they only get Stars applied before some kind of emergency pulls them away from finishing the job? What's the worst case scenario improper use could cause?
So there’s no danger when using just one or the other to any of the surfaces, stars alone would clean aluminum and brake dust and bugs, stripes would remove greases and soot, but they are def best used one over the other to shock the ph level neutral and shut off the static that holds on the road film and grime so you can power wash it off without physical contact
I’m so glad I do mostly cars and trucks and not many tractors and semis lol. Those interiors are almost as bad as the stereotypical soccer mom vans hahaha. Good video w/ a tad bit of the comedy as usual lol
If you wash regularly (once every week or every other week) with Stars + Stripes, how often would you say to use Snake Oil? Every time? When the water doesn't bead anymore?
I haven’t seen snake oil fail yet actually, it’s designed to last about 3 months, Stars and Stripes has not been removing it with weekly washes, it’s working even better then I planned
If I had to recommend anything it would be the order you did this in. John Deere door and window seals are garbage. Get the dust and dirt out of cab then wash the outside then detail the inside. It didn’t matter in this one because it seems the seals are still good but if they weren’t you’d be detailing the inside again.
I think our opinions on filthy are different cause that was pretty dam clean to start with, I work at a landfill If you want a real filthy machine to clean.

I've never seen a tractor get this level of cleaning. It was awesome :) And the tractor deserves it- it probably works very hard.
ugh Bob you are killing me with these vids, everyone in my neighborhood thinks im crazy when i wash and detail my lawn mower with your products, now you're washing tractors

WE JUST DID 5 EXCAVATORS THIS PAST WEEK. IT WAS AWESOME I LOVE WHAT WE DO. I CANT WAIT TO USE THE PRODUCTS YOU YOU USE.
Your work sir is an art form, well done.
I also got a feeling that some people would pay to watch you clean honestly.
Man that stuff is incredible. I'd love to see it in action. Good work dude.
Thank you man!
Just showed my 15 year old your awesome work! Now time to see if he can get my three done to this level❤️😎🏴☠️👍🏽

Absolutely amazing transformation
Brilliant cleaning chemicals and ultimate washing setup 👌🏻👍🏻 love your videos
I never seen the flashlight before! Good idea
As soon as these products are gonna be available i will be purchasing a shit ton of products. love your videos
That's the cleanest tracker I've ver seen
Ok I’m sold, I’m going to try your products on my big rig.
So many satisfying moments🤗

Sadly I’ve seen much dirtier tractors! But great video I’ve always hated cleaning tractor cabs
Just when i was thinking earlier today that I'd like to see a tractor get treated to a wash like this!
When it comes to cleaning deer equipment, heat is your best friend. Also the green plastics are very sensitive to scratches and harsh chemicals
these videos are great!
Thank you!

What was the heavy duty diluted at , that stuff is awesome
Looks great, especially the cab interior. But what about the top of the cab and the bottom of the bucket?
Nice!
Big difference on How chem-x uses product vs how I do. What I would give to come to a bay like this to wash my truck during the winter 🥶

You have just proved it in this video. The old adage, ' lt is no work, if you are loving what to do!!!!

Thank you

Bob,you're wild
Lol😂
I suggest using a hot water pressure washer. I clean farming equipment too nd hot water cuts through dirt faster than cold
Currently starting a mobile power washing business for myself what would you suggest for fleet trucks as far as soaps
I got a question, everytime i use stars and stripes it leaves marks when it dries. My foam cannon is 32 ounces. Maybe I’m not mixing it right

Would that stars and stripe combo work on a ceramic coating,,,, or damage the coating?
How do you get your soap to foam without a foam cannon on the gun what do I need to buy because my foam cannon is a pain in the az
How much roughly do you charge for something like this I have someone wanting me to detail their equipment but don’t know what to charge
That air gun sounds like the rocket ships in the old Flash Gordon, with Buster Grab as Gordon.
Lol yeah I never thought of that😁👏
What ratio do you recommend for stars and stripes in this situation or even a dirtier tractor?

you selling the caps for the jugs ? like the ones at the 5.56 mark?
I wish we can see the complete version of the pressure wash
Why did you not pull the rubber mat out of the cab to clean it?

Would these products work well on a car?
If you wash regularly (once every week or every other week) with Stars + Stripes, how often would you say to use Snake Oil? Every time? When the water doesn't bead anymore?
I believe he said in the release video it should last a couple months
I’ve got about five washes with s&s on a vehicle that had snake oil and it’s still doing it’s job.
I haven’t seen snake oil fail yet actually, it’s designed to last about 3 months, Stars and Stripes has not been removing it with weekly washes, it’s working even better then I planned
Have you ever run into an issue cleaning an interior in regards to electronics and the cleaning solution? Just curious that's all. Thanks!
What exactly are you spraying?
Love the very detail video ! What would something like this cost if you don’t mind me asking
Is the Snake Oil like a ceramic coating?
I washed many tractors, and the window seals always leak a little bit, especially with a pressure washer
You ought to collab with Larson farms or Welker Farms. they are huge farming channels.
I wish you were closer you would have had a real challenge with my sterling after that carbide lime job
Oh man that would be epic😂

Put that degreaser right on the tires. Let it soak in for a little. Brings it right back to black every time
You should do a video of how to cut every product you've made
That’s a great idea I’ll def do that thank you
What pressure washer is that ?
You should check out Larson Farms cleaning their quad tracks. This is clean compared to them. Even Border View Farms tractors get dirtier.. ..
Do the white towel test before you wash, to show the difference...
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
What flash light do you use on the wand?
It’s an olight tactical light mounted to picatinny rail
