There’s something so satisfying about seeing a big rig detailed and clean with shiny tires. There’s someone out here in Maryland who does it around Baltimore because I see the *cleanest* trucks I’ve ever seen on 695 every few days and those things outshine even the cleanest of performance and supercars. The chrome pops like nothing you’ve ever seen before and as a former detailer, it makes me so happy to see truck drivers who take real pride in their rides. I can’t imagine the feeling of driving a rig shining like the sun down the highway and standing out among even the cleanest of cars
Worldwide truck wash I clean trucks arround all Baltimore area and truck stops , I’m having issues with asphalt . So this is helping , I also used goof off
Yo former asphalt junky here. If you go to your local hardware store ask for a weed burner. It connects to a propane tank for like a grill and gets wayyyyy hotter and melts the build up off with no scraping.
I haul a raw asphalt tanker everyday. I carry a small propane torch, heavy duty plastic scraper, old rags, and a big can of WD40. I always try to keep the trailer clean around where we hook/unhook the hose on the back end. Nothing helps to release asphalt on aluminum or stainless like a little heat and WD40. Love the videos by the way! Keep up the good work. Edit: I use a heavy duty plastic scraper to prevent scratches on the aluminum and polished metal. I’ve always kept the trailer clean enough since the beginning that asphalt never built up thick enough to have to use a metal one.
Whenever I spend hours washing my cars, I remember this channel and say that I certainly did not clean them well 😁 One day I will visit this truck wash. Respect from Saudia 🫡
I clean dump trucks as part of my job and if you have road oil/tac oil on the the paint, use gojo hand cleaner without the pumace. It take a little bit but just rub it on, wait a few hours before you wash it. It usually takes multiple rubs and wash but it works great and much cheaper than citrus.
Greetings from Scotland. Absolutely incredible difference from before and after. Watched almost all of your shorts on RUclips and enjoyed the quick glances of what you can do, seeing a full video is brilliant
this is awesome man i wish i had the equipment and products you have. im working for a road safety companies and cleaning trucks all day but all i have is a power washer, vacuum, degreaser and windex. They barely clean the trucks but im trying my best lol
Show your higher ups these videos, and express to then that a clean fleet goes a long way in public view! Clean equipment and vehicles, public will think you also do clean work and take pride in what you do and drive.... my opinion...
@@Mel7eds I detailed a car that was owned by a 5 pack a day cigarette smoker .... the window were golden brown and I had to use EASY OFF oven cleaner on them - then I used dish soap n hot water - then window cleaner YIKES it was a mess
I work for a hydro excavation company I’d like to know what you’d use to get the mud stains off. We use muriatic acid but I’d like to use something not as strong and doesn’t rust the truck out.
That’s a great question I think my best option to handle the mud stains would be my Heavy Duty truck wash and apc cut maybe 50:1 roughly to the vehicle surface as a starting point
It's amazing, somehow when I watch your videos I always never get bored even I learn one by one how you clean the vehicles you clean in your place. It was wonderful from my point of view👍
Why not get the milwaukee battery powered backpack sprayer. With it being able to switch tanks you can have several different tanks for different applications.
That truck looks nice and it's nice to see someone care about their work that doesn't put acid on everything and ruin the finish on someones truck permanently! That couldn't have been a $50.00 dollar wash though with all of the chemicals you put on it. If that were my truck the drive would be getting that junk off of that tail gate! I carried a putty knife and a diesel sprayer when we could.
U could use diesel in the first place to keep it from sticking endless it’s that new shit that Philly using with the extra sand that makes it sticky but u could use dawn dish soap and powdered soup to keep it from sticking
When you do your tour...can you show and explain your reclaimed water system. Some folks might be interested in what is required by codes to understand what is involved. Also I would like to see you water supply setup, sizes, and back-flow protection.... I'm a steamfitter so, I like to see installs!🤣🤪
That truck looked pretty clean compared to other dirty trucks i have seen. Most the one's I've seen look like they brought back more dirt than they dropped off.
The mud flap issue is easy to solve. Attach a small eye bolt to the bottom of the mud flap and a small length of chain to the body under the tailgate. Before backing on to the asphalt laying machine, hook the modflaps up out of the way. Problem solved. Now all you have to do is make a truck that doesn't look like it's from Smokey and the Bandit!
Nice video full of new tips n tricks. Sweet look at the end. I want to start a Truck Wash detailing business here in the UK, London. ATM I'm doing clean ups at the sites, Mobile truck detailing and Signage from home. Getting ready for the next step. Thanks for the video.
How about leaving this product to dwell on a painted surface with asphalt or asphalt emulsion on it? Currently using citrol by Schaeffer and I'm happy with it but it does streak if you allow it to dwell or dry. Love your products
A trick for you bud I work on asphalt heavy equipment all the time, spray or use pblaster or wd40 or caked areas and let it soak for a minute and it will fall off by itself
I'd like to see you tackle a real job mate, a very dirty concrete truck or agi's as we call them in the land down under. I would love see it just to get some tips on keeping mine clean
Hey man love the products! Question....im spraying the presoak first then spraying it off then i put the neutralizer on and spray it off....what are your thoughts? Or is it beneficial to do them one after another then spray off?
I'm glad you're busy because it means you're doing well, but I miss the streams and just seeing your progress and day to day. Edit: also you should add Schrader valves to all of your pumpers. It's really easy to do and some ik sprayers even have a dedicated spot marked where to ideally add one.

What product of yours would work best for bugs in the front of my truck I drive hundreds of miles a day in the front of my truck it’s covered in bugs nees something to help take them off
If I did the torch first and just got the residue off it would go pretty far, it doesn’t take much of it to do the work, it’s more about giving it time to break down. It’s hard to predict how many tailgates could get done with a gallon tho

What would you reccomend for a concrete mixing truck
is there a reason you rinse bottom to top? seems like all it would do is spray contaminants back up the paint?
What would your charge for a detailed wash and how much time would you limit to 1 job?
Will D-Lime 90 help remove the R2 compound from tires sticking inside the wheel wells? It is so hard to clean them when it builds up.
