How to make a guitar control cavity the simple way? Welcome to the third episode of my singlecut build series where I make a control cavity and carve the olive neck from video 1. Making a guitar control cavity can be a stressful experience if you are new to it and there are a few simple steps in order to plan and make the task simpler. This is a detailed walk through of how I plan and make templates for a control cavity, I hope it is of some use. The second part of the video is where I carve a modern C style profile on the olive neck from video 1 of this series. I am carving a stratocaster taper and profile for comfort on this guitar.
