The back exercises hitting it from different angles is key Lee. Many neglected exercises shown here mate appreciate the effort going through explaining how to hit different points of the back and delts. @59 sometimes I forget about certain classic old skool way's using cables. ❤
63 5'10 173 and I do a lot of single arm cable exercises for my upper back at many different angles because there are a lot of smaller separate back muscles. And it has paid off.

Ive encouraged these exercises for years, But people insist they need the knee support which is not needed only if going heavy. Which don't always need to do. Great Stuff Lee

Hey mate, really informative video, i havent trained in a few years now but hoping to get started again soon. Wondering and i think his already done it in a previous video but what about a video going over the training plan dieting schedule he followed way back when or if he still does the same exercises just not as hard and heavy. Also, being a maitland boy, where's he had most of his newer ink done? Has he had any around the maitland newy area? I've been looking for a good artist around here. Cheers mate 👍
That first exercise Lee does with the lat pull down is sort of like a lat pullover type exercise, right? Also, when I see Lee now, he looks fit and muscular, but not freaky big like some of the other guys. Is that due to training less? Eating less? Less gear?? I feel like most likely it’s eating much less food and much lower doses of gear compared to say a competitive bodybuilder. Is that a fair assessment?

Figured I'd throw this out there because it's a bodybuilding video but just curious if anyone has some info on the issue I'm having? During my back workout. I have difficulty getting certain muscles to fire to get a pump. I've tried different variations on exercises and my form is pretty right on as I have some friends at the gym watch me on proper form. I'm currently dealing with a torn supraspinatus on right shoulder, got a cortisone shot so I can workout just a bit limited. Thank you

You did not train like this in your prime. You lifted heavy, half these exercises you can’t perform heavy Lat pull down you were pulling the stack, seated row stack.
Why does this gym look like crap? And he doesn't show or point on another person the muscles that are actually working. That would give him an edge on other channels than don't do it either. The back has a ton of muscles. All of this stuff he's showing is basic crap everyone else is showing.
@@surfstoomuch5750 is it a warehouse or a gym? I'm talking about all the boxes and crap around. And if so why is he doing the videos in a warehouse? And yes I'm new to bodybuilding. My back is small even though I do a lot of pull ups. Just started to do rows. Not sure what rows are better for size out of the barbell, dumbbell single or double and that's all the equipment I have access to. Im also doing dumbbell pullover on my bench.

Theres an attatchment for split squats that looks like a double roller that you can add onto the rack, thats what I use to lock the legs.

Last time I did pull downs my right shoulder had this intense pain haven’t done it since but I can do pull ups pain free

Try starting with pullovers. Barbell rows with a medium wide grip is what works best for me.
