I understand a Did number will help an organised to be reached from outside and its given by the service provider.Again when a user is calling outside eg a mobile phone what number will display on the mobile phone being called? Is it the DID number that was given by the sip trunk service provider?Again what if one from an inside extension want to call an outside number must they press a predefined number like 9 and then enter for example enter an outside number or they can just enter the outside number directly on their phone?IS 9 a standard number for outside calling on all the extensions?Thank you

    Hi brother,
I have an issue, I am going to install Grandstream UCM 6304 HA, the thing is that company has Huwei MDT connected to ISR router before and it has only WAN ports. How I will connect my Grandstream UCM with Huawei MDT for outbound call routes?

Please How can I get a hosted cloud PBX account for my business? I have local numbers already for different customers and I want to aggregate their calls to a SIP Server.

Maybe you should also cover the out in the incoming caller ID on the grandstream app for the Android Note something very important please listen closely and carefully I'm glad I came across this video because grandstream has a problem when you have a contact in your contact list I have a habit and so do many others where we actually take your business card and when 15 minutes later or 5 minutes later actually it is actually put into our cell phones as a contact and your grand scheme app for the Android does not give real inbound caller ID I did a test with a friend I had them call my cell phone the business number and it showed up something really weird and not even a person's name and a person's name should have been the one showing up because it's actually in my contacts and the grandstream application for the Android is actually synchronize with my contacts so why isn't the name of the person in my contacts with their actual phone number showing up there's something wrong something very wrong and it needs to be corrected immediately the current if I have my Android application that's grandstream synchronized with my contacts shouldn't it show up the correct name and number especially the fact that I have the the name of the person and the phone number in my contact list I think so and if if the person is not in my contact list is immediately flag it I mean to flag it as a Spam call in other words that call goes to spam why because a person is not in my contact list I don't grandstand keeps this up people actually be losing business because people like myself again we entered the other party's business card information into our cell phones which means a person's name phone number email Etc and we expect that exactly to come up with the person's caller ID if that particular person calls us back this is something that grandstream has to fix because I will make this thing public and people will know that if you use that if you use grandstream you're actually losing customers because of the problem with the inbound caller ID so kindly fix it and Please Release an update with this will be fixed God bless we don't want calls going to spam because we as well as other people who actually use these business apps for the cell phone actually entered the customers information from the business card into our contacts let me. No matter if they calls on our private number or on our business number we want to see the actual name and phone number of the person and phone number as well God bless

Instead of saying "PIN number", you can simply say "PIN" or "Personal Identification Number".
