John is a veteran on the Bassmaster Elite Series, tournament winner, and 12 time Bassmaster Classic qualifier. Crews also own and runs Missile Baits that he started in 2012. I love the missile Baits. I have a creature black and blue go to That I always pitch in the waters. The bass love it.

I know this is an old video but I really enjoyed it. I am much older than you but grew up in Louisa County, VA and fished much like you did. I never made it to the pro level but I still have a passion for the sport and so it when I can. I totally enjoyed this video.

I’m from Chesterfield, va. I’m sure you fished Amelia wild life and the twin lakes in Powhatan along with Sandy river. Man all your videos and life experiences fuel me. Side note all those fisheries have gone to waste besides Sandy river and Briery creek. I fish a lot at camp Pickett where as to date I caught my PB of 9 lbs on my birthday 4 years ago. Nice video. I have an unrelated suggestion for a new Missile bait. I'm thinking that a Chatterbait trailer that has a D-Bomb type body and Spunk Shad type tail would be the end of the game. I expect that you can understand the benefits of each and I don't know of anything else on the market with this description. Carry on man, you are great.
Theres something about fish...i was fishing my close to home honey hole and saw a grandpa and his grandson and they were catching whatever bit the worm and i caught a 4.5lber and walked over to that kid and showed to him and his eyes lit up, he turned to his grandpa and said...how can we catch one like that!
I still remember my first big fish with my dad at a farm pond with spinnerbait. Everytime i see young kids i always try to set that sparl for them. Never know how much of a positive impact it could have.

Is pro bass fishing even a sport? I don’t see you guys imposing your will against another athlete. Neither, do I see you guys in heavily pressured moments. Like golfers, shooters and race car drivers. Seems like an activity to me. The new technology is even taking the skill out of it unless your a shallow water angler.
