- The @BassmasterOfficial Elite Series came to legendary Santee Coopers Lakes in South Carolina right during the spawn and you can get an Inside Look at how John Crews fished the event. Crews finished 59th place with 2 solid limits of bass but no kickers. Listen to him reflect on the event as you watch him catch his fish.

We fish marion 2-3 times a month. Whats the best bass fishing setup for that lake? We only had luck on a 3 blade top water and a cricket setup
My mom lived on Potato creek there for 20 yrs. I've had some killer tournaments on that lake. So many good times. Didn't know there was alligators there for the longest time
But they are & big ones. Red Banks was where the bigger fish seemed to dwell but that was the late 80s & Early 90s. Decided recently to change my leader line to Sunline. I've been breaking Seaguar too easy. I need something of better quality. What ya think??? I've tried so many & haven't been pleased yet
Monofilament isn't the issue it's been fluorocarbon and I figured Seaguar would be nice but nope!!
Sometimes you just don't get handed the right cards for a good hand. No doubt you will make it next time!!
Hey Mr. Crews I want to get a rod for jigs. I’ll throw everything from a 1oz football jig to a 1/4 swim jig. Would your new swim jig rod be good for that?
Yes it would 👍🏼
Just got one of your cashion swim jig rods!!! Hope to try on Potomac soon!!!
When you stepped up too 18 pound braid were you going straight brade with no leader ?
Correct
Awesome recap my brother!!
How do you like the new Toyota? Does it pull the boat better than the old ones? Better fuel mileage?
Do not have a 22 yet. On order
Really like this format. Keep at it.
Thanks
