Thank you for your efforts. I fish almost exclusively Lake Murray just because it's a 15-minute drive from my house, but I'm planning to visit Lake Marion in the fall. It's been over 50 years since I've been on Marion, so any help is greatly appreciated. Good luck with your new job!

Well I never knew that could be done. Going from Taw Caw Creek ti the Harchery. But I wouldn't try that with my 20' pontoon🤣

Haha, yes, sir. I don't recommend taking a bass boat or a large boat under the bridge. Thanks for watching!

Great video, the map on the top right really does help. I'm not very familiar with Santee at all and trailer around the lakes and use different boat ramps

I'm glad you liked the video. I plan on getting better with the maps. Hopefully, they can help you learn the routes on the lake. Thank you for watching and supporting the channel!

Is all of that open water good for crappie fishing in the fall? I see people drifting and catching nice crappie. Maybe they were in Lake Moultrie. Thank you for these videos!

I haven't fished a lot for crappie, so I really don't know. There are a lot of dead trees in that open water. I'm sure you can find them out there, though. Thanks for watching!

Mike, did you notice how deep it was before you entered the transfer? Deep hole usually about 20’

      Keith, I didn't look, but I think it's usually 16-18 ft.

I’ve fished out of taw caw camp ground for 25 years and didn’t know that ditch was there

Yes, sir! We would take that creek from time to time, in my 15' War Eagle from the Hatchery Landing to John C. Thanks for watching!
