My listening is either bad or am not following. In an example Vusi said he talks to Managers (internal Sales) who sell his services on his behalf, yet towards the end he says he only talks to Business owners or Shareholders. The first example could have been for discussion purposes or could mean he engages in all levels.
Great work, sure learned more in the process.
My sales process is geared towards selling internally at technocrats and managers. I (personally) and as the CEO don't really get involved in sales unless its for the CEO of the client.
