Erik Estrada is the actor that's the motorcycle cop in this video - He played Officer Francis Llewelyn "Ponch" Poncherello in the TV show CHiPs in the late 70's to early 80's.
But he's been in all kinds of other stuff. From commercials, TV shows, to different movies.
