  • This weekend I opted to skip the Husky Classic, train through, and get some good workouts in. I had a really solid session on Friday morning and got to spend the rest of the weekend watching friends and teammates compete.
    Massive shoutout to Ollie for filming the workout and everyone else that helped film like Nathan, Vic, and Jesh to name a couple.

    Once again, Cass Elliot feeds us viewers with beautiful cinema. The themes of this film evoked so much emotion from me, I cried, I laughed, I loved throughout this 7 minute long break from the dreary reality that is college. I will be sitting on the edge of my seat for his next piece of art.

    You are insanely fast damn - how do you prevent lactic and feeling like you can’t sprint during speed workouts like the one in this video? Also definitely you should keep doing 800ms as you are incredibly good at them

      Thanks! I’ve been doing similar workouts to this one but a little bit slower since the beginning of the year. I go lactic in a lot of workouts but if you start slower and build eventually you’ll be able to do these workouts without going lactic

    have you been doing hurdle work? do you still plan to be a 400h guy in outdoor? or are you now looking to expand to the 800?
