    Absolutely killing it, TKK! I picked up the AW2725DF, the little bro. My 1st QD-OLED! It’s no joke!! Calibrated out of the box, 360hz, semi-glossy. Colors go crazy. Wasn’t a fan of curve on the big bro, but may F around & try the 32in MSI & of course, the 480hz WOLEDs that release 2nd half of the year.

    Still got my AW3423DW and hoping they do another one with better specs at some point next year. 1500+ nits 240hz UW would be a dream monitor for me rn, the 175 1000 nits is already mind blowing in any game I play but for me to upgrade it would need to be the specs I outlined at 3440x1440p. This is another wait though as this monitor is having firmware issues just like my AW3423DW did originally but when they fix them up wow are they a beast. Keep up the great work as well man.

    Hey man, great video review here. Im not sure if youve tried this setting since you posted the video but you should give it a shot. 1) Disable HDR in your Windows Display settings so that you can change HDR/Display settings on the monitor. 2) Choose Creator Mode and set Gamma to 2.2, Brightness to 85, Contrast to 85, (you can go higher) and lastly, switch to HDR 1000 mode. Then, go back into Windows Display settings and turn HDR back to ON. Then fire up another game. Lmk what you think! Peace ✌️

    • @AllAboutTKK
      @AllAboutTKK  5 месяцев назад +1

      You got this thing confused. It’ll take more GPU resources to run the 16:9, because it’s 4k, higher pixel count.
      To run the UW is less, it’s a lower resolution never mind the fact that it’s a wider aspect ratio, it’s less pixels in all totality for the GPU to have to render.
      The compromise for you would be going G8 Neo from Samsung from a couple years ago. It is 4k but can run 3840x1600 UW.
      Good luck and thanks for the propers.

I'm particularly looking to play Apex Legends at 120 fps and use 4k resolution for work tasks. QD-OLED does not have any disadvantages from WOLED, the only advantage that MLA WOLED has in my opinion is a more pure white over a pinkish white but black is black, now a mini LED, when you see the compare video I’m doing with the Neo G8 from 2023 then you will see what black being off vs being on looks like.

      I think what you are trying to say is there are a lot of white people doing it because they, exactly do just that. They do it! Doesn't matter what color you are. This man is doing it because he follows his interests and actually does something about it! He just so happens to be black. Don't let cultural differences hold you back. Stop that race, BS.

      Curve is more immersive in the center which is where you would sit.
      So you’re saying you will be buying the flat version?
