Hey congratulations on your pickup. Only issue I had was out of the box, some terrible screen flickering when I launched a game but the resolution wasn’t set correctly. Been solid since. Thank you!
I got the Neo G8 and the LG 27' OLED. Typically I'll drive the single player games on the NEO and FPS on the LG. It also seems title specific, some games play better on one monitor versus the other. Anyhow, keep up the great content.
Hi. Nice video. Are there any adventages or disadventages to play sf6 on a curved monitor? And does 0.03 ms do any diference or it is just marketing bait.?
Curved is just a more immersive experience is all. Especially if this is a one person screen. Even with two people using it being an OLED the contrast is still sharp. 0.03 is a real number, it’s just letting you know how fast it is.
Thanks for your reply. I play actually mainly sf6. I'm looking around to get a new monitor. There are plenty of them comming out soon l mean 32 qd oleds 4k 240hz and woled from lg too. So the choice will be tough:)
Are you not stuck in Dolby Vision for most games? Myself and a lot of people on Reddit are. You can setup HDR Peak 1000 but as soon as you start anything it defaults to DV and there’s no way out of it. Mine goes to DV as soon as windows boots. People are returning them because of it.
A great side by side comparison. Look at the colour and contrast difference between the two... its amazing. QD OLED at least right now is top tier and nothing imo comes close. And damnnnnnnn you good at Street fighter.
How do you find this compared to a S90C? Not sure if should keep my gen2 S90C cause on paper its much brighter or go with this since it fits PC gaming better
Really apples to oranges in comparison. Two totally different use cases. This is made for PC gamers. Everything works as it should with that in mind. S90C can support PC gamers to a degree, obviously going to be larger because it’s a TV first, and everything else there after. That’s an executive call for you to get rid of 55” or larger for 32”.
@@AllAboutTKK yeah there insane, pretty much always cheapest around and 5y warranty too, I know another option I considered is 42" C3 but I've had a CX for years and this S90C just blows it away so feel like be disappointed in C3
@@Zillawill you are correct. Personally for main stage I wouldn’t touch a C3 with a 100ft pole unless it was free, after seeing a QD-OLED. Now I am interested in trying a B4, but it’ll strictly be for an arcade cabinet I have. That’ll be later in the year once that tv releases.
Oh haha. Yeah I seen that. Sometimes we start ranting and have to pull it back, people think I have an abuse of the word but I really think they don’t understand the context in how it gets used. I’m glad to hear him talk about one thing and go into another only to digress to get back to his OG point. That’s what real, unscripted content looks like.
Mine should be here today ,hope it goes well .Nice vid .

This is a great comment, offers real context because that is how certain monitors are, specific in their use case for titles.
Awesome honest review. Love how you added the truth about the double added feature of being able to make revenue.
Thank you.
Let’s go. Loving my AW2725DF for FPS. 360hz OLED is so smooth. 😎
Yea it’s amazing man best motion clarity I ever seen I think ima pick up the 4k Alienware too tho

Stay up fam.
100% gotta be able to push away from social every now and again.
@@AllAboutTKK amen brother.
What monitor settings are you using for Street Fighter 6 with the Alienware?
Hey, on this video everything was default and out of the box.
I didn’t add any settings until the next video for comparison.
Felt more like a SF6 gameplay than a thoughts on a monitor video.
Thanks for feedback.

Nope, DV only when content comes up that is in. SDR games, like SF6 no DV.
Making me want to do the unnecessary switch to the Alienware.
Haha you know this what we do, I’m the little guy on the left shoulder whispering “do it, do it”.
@@AllAboutTKK ive done it 😊😂
lol. Man I’m guilty as charge with all of my friends.
@@AllAboutTKKshould i use color custom HDR over hdr peak 1000 for gaming ??

I have the neo g8 and just ordered aw. From your video it seems like neo is considerably brighter but looks washed out in terms of color
Considerably, no. More washed out, yes.
@@AllAboutTKK thanks man. Feeling more confident on the purchase now.

Waiting for the Asus and MSI monitors and reviews then grabbing a 4k 240hz oled
Cheers. Would have loved to waited for other options, I am impressed with Alienware offering.
Can you try Overwatch on this monitor? The game is filled with vibrant colours
Yes.
Caleb is watching your videos-he’s picked up your But I digress!
How do you figure this?
In last video discussing how he got started with tech I heard it & in another video from a couple days ago
@@AllAboutTKK In video discussing Dolby Atmos Flex connect too.
