    Just discovered you a few days ago and have done this and the shorter pistol squat flow…I just love how dynamic and creative you are! The flows that speak to me are the ones that start out challenging enough but add on as you go, and you do that so well. Can’t wait to try more! Thank you!

    I love how this class engaged my brain as much as my body. Learning new transitions keeps it interesting and challenging. Once the new transitions are dialed in, it’s fun to flow and move more fluidly. Thanks!

      Im so happy to hear that!!! Indeed sometimes it takes a minute to figure out the flow but I'm glad you came back to it or gave it a little time to sink in 🥰❤

    Hi Emilie! Thanks for another creative and challenging class. I loved it. I have been practicing yoga for about 5 years and I still struggle to do pistol squats. I wonder if it is related to my anatomy… would appreciate your comments and suggestions to those who struggle with this pose like me. Thank you 🧘‍♀️

      Hey 😊 I think that pistol squats are just hard! They take a lot of strength work and practice, and they usually don't appear much in yoga classes so you're doing great!! I would focus on negative pistol squats holding your foot on the way down and trying to lower as slowly as possible, and doing a few reps of that 😊🙏
