  • Al Salvitti shows a new technique for using the Regiment Blade, leading by the point.

    I work on Mackinac Island MI (a horse and buggy job). I had the blacksmith make me a knife for fighting and it is shaped like that. He won the TV show where they make swords and such.

    With all due respect, I don't think this is the way. I think the samurai methodology is better suited for the concealed carrier.

      @@Mantistobogganmedia Tanto Jutsu. to put it bluntly, more calculated and precise strikes with a knife depending on the size of the blade. I think you will have to answer for the number of times you had to stab someone in self defense just like the number of times you shot someone.

    Knife fighting techniques are gimmicky because you can't spar with it

    I’m sorry. I typically have a great deal of respect for the professionalism that comes out of Carrytrainer. This knife fighting technique however is terribly flawed and looks completely made up. I’ve done a lot of Philippino and Silat training. That 2 handed stab technique would have you dead in a minute against someone who knew what they were doing. Your stomach was completely exposed the entire time. You have no parry ability and your forearms/wrists would be toast.
