Anyone look at Time of Possession? The ONLY reason Mahomes had less than 200 yards passing was because of how long the Eagles would hold onto the ball on offense. Chiefs usually scored more quickly. Eagles had 21 minutes T.O.P. in just the first half. Credit to Philly for that tho

Talk about a person of high character, look how he handled getting benched in Alabama and the way he supported Tua, only to come back and step up. I do hope the Eagles pay him and he gets another chance and actually wins a Superbowl. And just for the optics alone I would love to see him and Tua play against each other in the SB.

He put up a lot of passing yards in the intermediate field game before the game was on the line. Mahomes did all his work with a knife at his back and pulled through every time he was needed. Lets make sure he does it again next season then we can talk about him verse Burrow. Lets remember Carson Wentz also had a MVP season that he only lost the mvp because he got injured. Then he fell of a Cliff. Joe Flacco had one of the best Post Season runs ever by a QB and then got Paid and fell off. Mark Rypien in his 4th year took the Redskins to a 14-2 Record, All Pro season and 4th in MVP voting. 2 Years later was out the league.
