For those whose light is solid, it could be the two rubber buttons inside the lid. Mine was stuck in a pressed down position, and I had to pushed on it a couple times before it popped back into place.
Hey guys I just bought this exact Keurig today and had the exact problem. All you need to do is open the area where the cups and look at the button to the right; press it multiple times until it pops back up. After it pops up press it once. And that should fix the problem. So definitely try this before take it back! Hope this works
@@darlenerobles8898 where you put the little coffee container behind it, right under the lid there’s two little rubber/plastic buttons just pushed them gently down a couple times and check again .
Had trouble getting mine to work at first. Found that the lift door has a little rubber button that was sticking. Played with it and it started working
my lights didn't turn in when I open amd closed it either but would turn on and stay solid if I pressed a button I popped the bottom need holder out and back in amd ram a cloth around the top needle and it worked
Bought mine yesterday and tried all suggestions had call company omg what a headache. They are sending me a new one. Ugh but I saved suggestions in case next one does same issue
i got myself a k-iced essential about 3 months ago and it works and the coffee tasted fine till now I'm not sure if I have to descale it but anytime I make a coffee and put my flavors into it after a couple minutes it starts to taste weird and smell bad anyone else?
I'm not sure why yours is still hot. It shouldn't be once it's done brewing. This is just a matter of preference really. You can do whatever you want. I just made the video to show how easy it is to use.

This was happening to me and I fixed it. Unplug the machine and plug it back in. Press the 10 and the 6 at the same time until the descale lights up and the 8 oz button light up (About 6 seconds). run the 8oz until the descale light turns off. I ran it about 5-6 times before it finally turned off. I was able to use it immediately afterwards.
Is anybody using a universal K-Cup and using their own grind instead of buying new pods please share with kind of universal pod you found so I can use my own grind TY

I would try to descale it first then see how the coffee turns out.

I’m so confused why it’s still so hot? What is really the point if I can just use the cold brew k cups in my regular keurig and put it over ice?
I'm not sure why yours is still hot. It shouldn't be once it's done brewing. This is just a matter of preference really. You can do whatever you want. I just made the video to show how easy it is to use.

Mine doesn’t turn on when you lift the lid. Good old Walmart quality. Thanks for the video. I know mine is broken.
