We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.

Great coverage. We just purchased ours for the rv while on a road trip. Didn’t know how to set up the filter, was able to catch it with your brief coverage. We really like both the size and reservoir as there are just two of us. We take it off the counter snd place in a basket when moving down the road. Thank you and subscribed.

Great video I used to have a keurig it went out and I never bought another one just went bsck to a traditional coffee maker. I decided I wanted another keurig amd went with one it's space saving and will do what I want. Just bought this one in the tropical blue color. It makes excellent cups of coffee and chai lattes. It’s quiet, fast, and works better than the $200 keurig I bought a few years ago. A steal for $54!

This is my first Keurig machine and I got mine in July and I am in love with it! My sister and mom both have a Keurig machine and theirs confused me as it showed pictures of cups and I was unsure how to use it. This one is pretty self explanatory even if you don’t use the instructions. I like the number on OZ they put on this one.

Great Review! I just purchase this as my first Keurig. If you remove the drip tray...travel mugs fit perfectly. Do the math on how many oz of coffee you want and brew twice, using a new pod for each brew.

I'm an advent Keurig coffee'r and love my coffee gadgets, I sold my Keurig 2.0 touch screen coffee maker for this very model I didn't need all that much pazazz for coffee haha this was great, but I do have a self-serve K-cup for the ground coffee and mine seems to fit and do fine like my old 2.0 had been :) thanks for the review I always love seeing how each model runs before I get a new one :) also perfect for replacing the kettle for those who think they still need kettles this also can get you what you need just with a fresh hot water brew :) so i sold my kettle too haha :) thanks for the vid :)

Thank you. Your review convinced me to get one. You're right that there is no waiting before brewing, and there is no sound made between brews. During brewing, my unit makes some low-frequency grunts. Maybe you were luckier with your unit, or maybe I'm fussier than you are about ambient noise. I wouldn't want to run my unit late at night, for fear of disturbing my fellow apartment dwellers. I shouldn't drink coffee late anyway. I agree this has great value, discounted to $50 in my case. I can get several cups out of a single pod. I just lift the handle up partway and close it down again. The needles will stay in the same puncture holes. At the time of this post, when you register online with Keurig, you get a 50% off offer for pods.

Im going on vacation for a week and am looking for a small coffee maker to take with me. I got the K duo to replace my K-575 at home, and I have the K-Classic in my office. My K-575 works just fine but isn't ideal for travel. Ive been watching all your reviews trying to decide which small machine I should get! Thank you for all the great videos. I think ive decided to purchase this one!
Have fun! This is a great coffee maker, For travel the K-Mini is a nice choice because it is so small and it is designed for travel. But if you have room I would take this one over the K Mini. This one is so easy to use, its fast, and brews a great cup. The k Mini takes longer and you have to put the exact amount of water in each time you brew a k cup. Thanks for Watching!!

I needed a new Keurig. The one I have is still working fine after 7 years, but I changed out my mugs and they're just too tall for the old B30 model. Saw this today at Walmart and wasn't sure about it (why is it so cheap?!). Came home started to do some research. Your video helped me out and now I'm waiting for it to be delivered tomorrow.

@@JustADad My machine just arrived!! For ready made pods decaf dunkin donuts original blend. When I use grounds, Hawaiian Isles Kona Chocolate Macadamia. Last year, Aldi had a white chocolate coffee in both grounds and pods that was also delicious. My friend recommended Maud brand (the decaf banana foster, especially) so I'm gonna order some.

I’m old school, so I’ve had a stovetop coffee pot for ages. But today my local market had these on sale, so you know I caved in and bought one😂 and let me tell y’all… it’s worth every penny because you’ll be saving a lot more money compared to having to go out and buy a coffee damn near everyday especially for an avid coffee drinker

I did the same thing. I was addicted to Mt Dew for over 20 years. Coffee finally helped kick the Dew.
You can twist in the water filter in the reservoir (sold seperately) or use filtered water...

Just bought one. Used a K-cup brewed weak and nasty at 8 oz. Will try a fresh grind to see if that helps.
You get what you pay for or can tolerate...
sometimes it is the k cup that is causing the weak coffee.

I recently picked this up at Walmart and I am loving it so far. A few years ago I had a Keurig K-Classic and after about two years, I noticed the coffee wasn’t getting as hot anymore. Hopefully these modern Keurig’s hold up longer. Do you have any tips on how to get hotter coffee from this Keurig? I’ve been using a French press a lot recently so I’m used to having really hot coffee.
A tip I just learned it to preheat your coffee mug with warm water. this really helps. keurigs all put out about the same temp. The K Supreme and K Elite you can select a higher brew temperature. @@JustADad Thank you for the descaling video and the pre-heat tip. The coffee was noticeably hotter when I pre-heated the cup. So far I really like this model. For $55, you can’t go wrong. I got the red one and it has a nice modern look to it. You can’t find a Keurig at this price point with a water reservoir so that’s a plus. It’s amazing how fast this machine heats and starts brewing. I’ve never seen any Keurig brew that fast. By any chance, have you ever tried the Members Mark (Sam’s Club) k cups?

@@JustADad I’ve tried a lot of different k-cups over the years especially from the variety boxes you can buy on Amazon. A few that I recommend are - Caribou, Newman’s Own, Community Coffee, Krispy Kreme, and Kirkland Signature (Costco). Most of the blends I’ve had from those brands have been really good. What are some that you’d recommend?

I like Dunkin Donuts original medium roast. Walmart Great Value Donut Shop, A new one I just found is Black Rifle Coffee company, its expensive but the Just Black (medium roast was really good)

How do you use with the My K Cup universal reusable coffee filter? With my older Keurig model which is larger I use the larger reusable coffee filter made by Keurig. It doesn’t fit this new small model.

does it make sense to use this to make coffee and then refrigerate it overnight for iced coffee in the AM? or would it make sense to just buy a different coffeemaker that can make iced coffee?
I love Iced coffee and have recently started to drink cold brew coffee. It taste amazing and is already cold so ice does not melt. No coffee maker but you do have to plan ahead and put it in the refrigerator for 48 hours ahead of time. Hi everyone. I fownloaded the user guide for the express and it said you can put this machine in"strong" mode by pressing the strong button for 3 seconds with it powered off ...strong button will then blink twice and from then on it will brew all remaining cups in that mode until its pressed again but I can't seem to get it to work.Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong ?

Yes, absolutely, just don't use distilled water.
What coffee do you recommend ? I tried the McDonald’s premium roast to save $ on the kcups but the coffee it’s just to watery .😩
Dunkin Donuts medium roast is good. Newman's organic roast is good. folgers and Maxwell house medium roast are all good. I don't like dark roast as much.
Please do a taste test between K-Supreme (with Strong Setting) vs. K-Express as I'm torn between the two, thanks in advance.

I gave up on Keurig after all of my expensive brewers have either had issues or died in a too short time for the prices I paid. I got this one at WalMart just a week ago for half price, because the box was banged up. I am trying to find the tall handle for the water filter, no success so far, and I refuse to pay $18 at Keurig for it. Amazon has those handles much cheaper, but it states for "Keurig 2.0". Are they the same? Can I use that handle????

how do you make the water come out extra hot?
I just got one yesterday. I’m new to keurig. I am using a reusable pod with my normal coffee and this coffee seems weak. I normally brew strong coffee in my regular coffee maker. I don’t have a clear coffee cup but I swear my coffee came out more watered down than yours. Is there a way to fix that?
How many oz of water did you run through your reusable k cup. 8 oz is the norm but if you think it taste week try the 6oz.
One thing to keep in mind is the grind of the coffee, it should be at a medium grind just like you would put in a standard drip coffee maker. Don't compact the coffee in the k cup just let the lid push it down. If the coffee is not ground fine enough the water will not extract the flavor, if it is ground too fine the water will not flow through it and your machine will leak. @@JustADad Thank you. I did an 8 oz. I may have to try 6oz tomorrow. I’m using regular grind coffee. I felt like the water went through the machine so quickly that it didn’t have a chance to take much coffee flavor with it when it dripped into the cup.
@@katelynnm5686 Yeah, I get that impression too, but if your coffee is fresh, the reusable k cup should make a good 8oz cup of coffee, but with so many different coffee's I know some people have to step it down to the 6oz. I kind of used to feel the same way when I first got my Keurig is how can it make a cup of coffee so fast, I have found that once you get your oz setting the way you want it,then I did find it taste the same as a drip coffee maker. The store bought k cups seem to be more consistent with the 8oz setting, I would try a store bought k cup and see if you can tell.
