THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR VIDEO... I was just doing kpods for a while but love to brew my own and I was having issues with the lid closing properly. Called Keurig that was a little bit of help but then I ran across your video where you are actually showing and telling... I was able to find the information I was looking for!!
We have this coffee maker as well as the K Supreme Plus. This small coffee maker makes a better cup of coffee than the more expensive K Supreme Plus and it can also use the recyclable pods that have a cloth type coffee holder instead of plastic. The K Supreme Plus lid has to be pushed down several times to avoid water spilling out and not going through the pod. The K Express also makes a stronger cup of coffee than the K Supreme Plus..... we have both and compared them side by side.
I just ordered this model yesterday as my older Keurig is making funny noises and might need to retire 😆 I am looking forward to using the "strong brew" feature. I am currently brewing Folgers Black Silk ground coffee and it's not very strong with my current Keurig. Thanks for the video!
I can't seem to get mine to enable this for every brew like instructions say. I can only enable with each individual brew. I wish I could figure it out because it's annoying having to enable each cup.
I am having a problem on my machine hope you can enlighten me I follow the same procedure but why mine is not hot water and why it only pour in not even half of a cup of a 10oz ? I am already getting crazy in discovering how this works properly
You can leave it, if it won't be a long time before you make coffee again If it's within a week or so, you can leave the unused water in the reservoir. If it's going to be longer than that before you use again, probably best to empty it out, rinse, and fill back up Logically, you can leave the water in longer than a week, but a week is a good time frame
Finally someone posted a review on this new keurig. Thank you!

Does it have to be official K cups or can you use offbrand pods?

I've had this happen to me with another Keurig model. Sounds like it is a defect.
Well done only I still don't know where the water filters go
just got one today, if i knew how fast it was before this i would have got it sooner. my old machine took 15-20 minutes for one cup of coffee
Nice Cup Of Joe
The instructions booklet advises me to use a Filter. How does that work exactly?
THIS APPEARS TO BE A GREAT MYSTERY! NO INSTRUCTIONS WHATSOEVER ON HOW TO ADD A WATER FILTER! EXASPERATING!
Can I leave the water that’s left in there or should I pour it out?
You can leave it, if it won't be a long time before you make coffee again

What type of water did you use? distilled? tap?
Filtered water from a Zero water pitcher.
Where does the filter go?
Does this model use a filter? If so how do you install it?
I have this question too!
I came to this video for the same question
Does the mug on the box come with the machine?
No just the coffee maker.
Got mine on Friday was 79 plus shipping and tax end up like 88. I order threw keurig website
It's a nice machine, you'll enjoy it!
@@CounterClutter upgrading from my k classic
Do I need a filter?
Not if you use bottled water
