This is our second K-Classic. We had our first one for many years, so when we had to replace it, we wanted nothing else but this exact ruclips.net/user/postUgkxBrV-RbF5Nk0Rlt9i15aao-YMzqzTG8Vf model. We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
Thank you!!!!!! I tried this a few times, I was about to give up, but all the positive comments on here made me try again, and it actually worked, thank you so much! As he mentions, I didn't feel anything when putting the needle up, but I wiggled it around a lot and it finally worked!
Thanks! This happened while staying at a rental property. Your video may have helped, certainly helped think it through, but lights stayed on after probing the outlet hose (seemed to be 3 openings in the spike outlet). It seemed to be making noises when I pressed the power button, so I took out the pod, put a mug under and pressed the power button. It filled the cup half full, then the lights went out and the machine started working normally again. I also appreciated the enthusiasm at the end of your video when your machine started brewing again! Thanks again!
Wowwwww bought a new keurig and it wouldn’t work, was trying to unplug replug and nothing worked, did what you said and in 10 seconds it worked, just liked and subscribed, thanks a lot
hey that worked! I didn't feel any clog or see anything come out when I pushed it in so I was thinking it wasnt working. But I closed the lid and then pushed the power button while it was still on and then it made a motor kind of noise and then the lights went off except for power button, and then I heard it heating the water again! I used a lock pick btw, didnt have any paper clips handy
DIFFERENT FIX!! ok mine wasn't plugged at the top, but the bottom piercing hole was plugged. I could push the top button and water came out, so top hole was good. *To fix the 4 lights on:* I lifted the water reservoir up almost all the way off, re-seated it, opened the pod lever up, closed it, pressed the bottom button, released, pressed the middle button and they all went off. I pressed the top button and it lit up like normal. After a minute water was boiling, the lights started blinking to select my cup size... enjoyed my cup of Pete's... FIXED!
Thank you. But this Didn't work for me. HI EVERYONE!!! THE FOLLOWING JUST WORKED FOR ME: TAKE OUT THE CUP. CLOSE LATCH. HOLD THE POWER BUTTON WITH YOUR INDEX FINGER AND SWIPE FROM SMALL TO LARGE 4 TIMES WITH YOUR THUMB. LET GO. BOOM-RESET
This is the real solution. Video is useless. Remaining water gushed out and device fixed immediately after cycling through buttons and releasing the power.
@@tiffanymcdonaldAkaNona possible but unlikely. You may try this needle trick and then immediately use a descaling cycle. Probably too much mineral deposits inside after long usage. You can buy descaler from Walmart ($5) designed for Keurig or just vinegar. I guess time for another video. Supposedly descaling cycle should be run every few months but most of us don't do it.
Worked for me with a pipe cleaner. It was kind of surprising that nothing discolored the pipe cleaner after I pulled it back out. So I guess it was just clogged with water. Seems like shitty design that a coffee machine can be clogged with water, Keurig!
I had this problem…your advice may have helped, but what really fixed my machine were three HARD knocks against the counter top! Lights reset instantly!
I just smacked the side of it a couple times. There was some gurgling noises and then the lights went off except the power. Was able to power down after this.
I cannot believe that that actually worked.. I was so upset because I had just bought my coffee machine 6 months ago but when I stuck the needle in It started working again.. Thank you so much
This worked perfectly for me! I did have to do that process about three different times to clean up into the needle but it worked after a few try thank you so much for the tip
On the K Cafe Express (frother on left side). I experienced lights on but not blinking. The fix in 1. Unplug machine 2. Lift open the top 3. Just behind the where the KCup goes in the 11 oclock position there is a rubber plunger 4. Reach back (sharp nozzle near) and find the rubber piece. 5. With your finger pump the rubber piece for about 30 seconds. 6. Should be good to go. If not repeat step 4&5. I had to do it twice.
Thank you. This worked for me however when I used the toothpick nothing looked stuck in there. But I still pushed the toothpick through both side holes and then unplugged the maker and the lights were all still on however I pressed the large mug button and it started working again.
It work for me but I used a sewing pin to clean both top and bottom needle, soon as I pluggedt it in it just started spewing water out lol I guess the hot chocolate my daughter made clogged everything up. Thanks 👍
The small hole where the water comes out gets clogged. You need to scrap the tip clean. I used a small scissors. Just stuck one side of the scissor s in where the water comes out and scraped a dozen times. Pressed the green and hurray hot water came pouring out.
Appreciate the assistance. Was about to go to the gas station. I didn't even want this dam thing I just wanted a coffee pot and now I'm the only one using it. Haha.

This worked after following the video didn’t! Just make sure you place a mug under it…
This is the real solution. Video is useless. Remaining water gushed out and device fixed immediately after cycling through buttons and releasing the power.

@@HandyDoctor89 now it won't let me it worked for two and boom it was done I think it's the pump, would that be another reason why it's all lit up?
