    To improve forward head posture &/or rounded shoulders once and for all, you need to address all of the "Fundamental Four". You need to ...
    1. Understand and correct the causes (without this you'll never succeed)
    2. Mobilise all 4 areas of common restriction (most people miss this)
    3. Strengthen 4 key muscle combinations (most muscles need to be strengthened in combinations, not alone)
    4. And stretch the 4 tight muscle groups that pull you out of a healthy position
    Most upper body issues like neck pain, upper back pain, arm pain, and shoulder problems are causes by the same musculoskeletal issues that create bad posture. So if you address all four of these issues you can improve your posture and musculoskeletal health at the same time.
    I have a lot of people contact me for help, so I have created a coaching program to work with people directly. This video covers all you need to know about my 12 week coaching program:
    It’s designed to help people with poor posture & upper body issues (like neck, shoulder, & upper back pain)
    discover the root problem and correct it using science-backed mobilising, stretching, & strengthening exercises…
    ...so they can feel straight, strong, flexible, & pain free again!

      It's not actually a free resource, sorry Palomavano4705. It's an in-depth 3 month coaching program for people who want to work with me directly. There's weekly videos (12 modules), then online coaching via Zoom calls and a private Facebook group. There's a lot of content and I'm still currently working on it.

    I have a variety of these symptoms.. The most upsetting of them is not 'pain'...it's the ''piins and needles'' i experience after about 30-45 minutes of walking while keeping my posture up. It was told to me there is no such thing as Perfect posture. Hence i interrupt my hike by just leaning forward and shaking it off. If i didn't know better i would think that keeping that posture is pinching on nerves..hence the symptom of ''pins and needles'' and eventually losing control of my left arm..it's Always on that side. Thank you for the video 👌

    • @BodyFixExercises
      @BodyFixExercises  Месяц назад +1

      Definitely sounds like you have some joint restriction in your spine (making straightening your posture difficult)... and trying to straighten up is causing a compensation that creates the pins and needles. Losing control of your arm is a serious issue that should not be ignored. You need to investigate this, probably starting with a neck MRI to see if you have a disc bulge, stenosis, or something else compressing nerves.

    • @alswedgin9274

      @@BodyFixExercises I really appreciate you answering me. I'm not native english speaking. What do you mean with 'disc bulge?
      Im going to look into this stenosis Probability.. Thank you once again! 🙏

    • @alswedgin9274
      @alswedgin9274 Месяц назад

      Is a disc bulge comparable to a psuedo-hernia? Keep in mind; at all times i can crack/pop joints all over my body.. Maybe i popped my neck once too often.. Just inter-locking my fingers behind my skull and applying pressure with my skull towards the hands makes the area go 'pop' and that's not the only area.. I no longer over-do it though.. I used to horizontily crack my pelvis and lower back but have noticed that doing lunges is more effective.. Waking up with pain makes you different to other people..this is my quest; find the right excersises and lifestyle to minimise inflexibility and the ''pins and needles''. If pain gets relieved i am a happy man.. Gratitude to this channel and you! :v:

    Aggggghhhhh! I FOUND it, Stefan! Took me, what, two days, but I FINALLY found the address that I told you was invalid! I was beginning to think I had imagined it or, worse, had found it on someone else's video! You introduced it at 13.19 on this video. Okay, now I can address your other responses ... I'll be back! 😊 Cheers!

      Hey, Sibylle. You're not blind. I'm not doing the calls just yet because I'm still creating the program content. So it's just the Wait list at the moment. (I just had a couple of desperately needed weeks vacation but I'm back creating the program now.) I realised this video was still unlisted on RUclips, so I just made it public.

      @clarawyant8266 Месяц назад

      It may not be ideal. If you have health insurance (if you're in america) (especially of your deductible/coverage isn't garbage) breast reductions are often covered. Now most insurers have a weight of breast tissue minimum that must be met for that surgery to be covered. Calling the insurance company and asking what the weight of the breast is required for consideration for prior authorization (or ask, is there a copy of clinicalguidelines for breast reduction surgery that i can access to provide to my doctor). Then take that information to your primary provider and see if they think you are a good candidate for that surgery. Alternatively, there are chest exercises that you can do. it won't limit the tissue perse, but they may burn off any excess fat in the region as well as the sides this may also give you more muscular strength & support you need to help carry your chest. Not a dr or nurse but I work for an insurance company in the prior authorizations department and we see these surgeries and medical notes a LOT and I used to work for patients to help them access their care and understand medical requirements for procedures.

      There's plenty of great online resources to help improve upper body health & posture. The key is to be proactive.
